Very well made video, both part 1 & 2. Wish I would have seen it prior to my exposure to Poision Oak. Zanfel cream will remove the urushiol resin and the sooner applied the better. CVS Pharmacy sells a generic version of this for about half the price. I tried the bleach remedy, whicht doesn't work and does much more damage than good. For serious cases, see a doctor for a cortisone shot/pills and anitbiotic prescription to thwart any infection from the open wounds. Uroshiol is extremley TOXIC!
I agree with the MONOTONE voice this guy was boring, this video makes sense in Part 1 for the most part, but this Part was pretty retarded The Ooze coming out of the wound most definitely has the potential to spread the rash, also I've first hand seen the rash spread from one person to another. Therefore get your facts straight but kudos for making the video in the first place.
@ItsTheHamburglar Actually that is NOT true. The ooze does not spread the rash. The plant's oil, called urushiol, is what spreads the rash. If you do not effectively remove this sappy like substance from your skin, it will continue to spread, and sometimes soap and water just move it around. You need a strong enough detergent to cut through the oil and remove it. There are many online references so you can get your facts straight - wiki, etc.
When he was talking about eating the leaves I actually expected the guy to say "No. What the hell is wrong with you?" in his monotone voice and move on to the next topic.
first question is so funny XD

@ch47av8r We recommend Tecnu Extreme instead of Zanfel. You get 4 ounces for half the price and it also includes a medicated anti-itch ingredient.
