It is the presence of the police that turns a peaceful protest into a potentially violent riot. It is BS when the police instigate violence and violent threats and then the protesters are called violent rioters. When it goes bad, the majority of the time it is the police's fault.
Fight the good fight. Make your opinions known and exorcise your right to protest. I wish I lived in Cali, if I did I would be right there with you.

I guess I was lucky, I was never taught to hate people! Gay/Straight, if you are committed to each other you should have the same rights! Get married, have children, get health insurance etc... why do people find the need to FIGHT something that doesn't involve them. How does allowing 2 people to get married affect anyone other than those 2 people and their families. Come on people, let people live their own lives, BUTT OUT! Stay Safe and stand up for yourselves!
