The shit is really gonna hit the fan with the first hurricane that comes off the gulf with that oil, benzene and other deadly fumes that will be blasted down on millions of Floridians, many will get badly sick as well as many deaths. Even now the government should be warning people to move away from the gulf states because of the poisoned air coming in from the gulf. Florida will truly be ruined within the next few months and beyond
Hello Verizon ~ did you not "get it" about what *storm surge* is and how that's the number 1 killer of a hurricane ? I love your service , by the way.
Nice facility, but many other carriers have very similar set-ups, not only in this area but all over the country. One question, why in the world would you build this kind of facility near a large body of water in a coastal environment?!?!? I hope this building is also submarine. Good luck with the water...
This is just one example of why I'm proud to be a Verizon customer. Verizon seems to go out of there way to ensure that the customer will have service by implementing creative engineering for its infrastructure.
That is some epic dedication.

Did they build thissuper switch right next to a large body of water? Brick veneer won't help with storm surge (check video 1 minute,12 seconds in)
