If they had enough officers to put him down and arrest him, that is what they would have done. The majority of the officers were trying to keep the hostile crowd encroaching on officers and refusing their commands held back.

@TheSevenmind If Oscar Grant was so cooperative,he wouldn't be able to take out his phone and go to camera settings and take a lovely picture of the officer while cuffed. Its a FACT he was digging in his pocket. He shouldn't have been fighting on Bart in the first place. He even tried to knee an officer (Pirone) in the groin (On video, youtube it) It's funny because the news has NOTHING good to say about Oscar Grant except 'he's a father' and he 'has a child' and they both mean the same shit. @H1mynameisLarry Actually, he wasn't even punched! And BTW, Pirone only came up to him because Grant violently grabbed officer Dominici by the arm. Watch "BART Shooting video vindicates Officer" and you will see Pirone absolutely did NOT punch Grant. It shocked me too, it sure looked like it from another angle, but video can be deceptive. That is why I have watched every available one, to piece it all together. It is impossible from just 1 or 2.

Nothing I have EVER said contradicts that. I would never remove what I have written. Negligent homicide is still a crime, it is simply not murder. That is TWO while the other officers are busy with the other guys and a few other officers are also talking to the annoying guy in GREY and the guy in the RED HAT walking back and forth to them.
