@JustRealTalk Obama was a mediocre Senator from Illinois for just 2 years and who had run nothing whatsoever prior to becoming President. President Bush was Governor of Texas, and Palin was Mayor of Wassila, and Governor of Alaska. All of which were Executive Branch jobs.
