hey man, there hasnt been a new unlocking source on cydia to overcome iOS 5 yet.... they are coming up with one now but theres no gossip on when its going to be released. it looks like you'll have to cope until it does come out, or you can get it professionally unlocked, but obviously they will charge you, but theres the advantage that you dont have to worry about that ever happening again if its professionally unlocked.
