Natalie is a very brave woman and I am sure she didn't expect this vitriol riot. Who would expect it when US is a country based on freedom and equal rights for everyone? Apparently it isn't so this whole mess, though certainly a phenomenon, is nothing but a sign of how little freedom people really do have without them ever being aware of it. As long as you can buy anything you want and go anywhere you want, it's fine. Uncle Sam has always been good to us anyway so no reason to even mention him.

I've never met a single gay person (and as a member of the LGBT community, I have met many), who actually thought people were afraid of them in the traditional sense, the way one is afraid of spiders or demons. What some people feel is more a discomfort or disgust than fear.

She bashed repeatedly without being asked her opinion, and got worse as the dissent did later. Hell, she showed how disingenuous she was by not stopping their last performance at the grammys and telling Joan Baez (who introduced them) that she disagreed with her. They were receiving accolades, so she said nothing.
