I am in the philippines now, and if they truly did start before NOBOUBT, I'm sorry for judging so early. This video was actually aired several times sometime last year 2006 at mtv pilipinas...and yes she is skarlet of the band put3ska in the 90's...i love skarlet's fashion sense in general, but this one is just..no..NO! a fashion faux pas!
