@griessinthewood I think the idea was to contrast these fans with those seen in HMPL. As for a connection between the two, it's the same filmmakers, same place, same stadium, different concert.
I wonder how many of the people at the Neil Diamond show were also at the Judas Priest concert immortalized in "Heavy Metal Parking Lot" 10 years earlier.
