I usually have oatmeal with plain organic non-fat yogurt topped with organic strawberries.

For lunch i'll eat a salad with lots of veggies and maybe a boiled egg for protein, with this really good healthy orange maranaid dressing, zero fat calories.

For dinner i'll have salmon, brown rice and steamed veggies.

and that's it :)

basically just stuff from a whole foods market. :D

and for dessert just stick to fruit

You realize that "skinny" is just one part of the equation of what is better, right? It's also about having the right breast-to-waist ratio, muscle tone, muscle structure, bone structure, defined waistline, shape and size of butt, shape and size of boobs, etc. I have seen quite a few girls who are skinner than these VS models, but definitely don't have nearly as beautiful of a body as they do because they have little muscle definition, squishier-looking, etc.
