I got my little brother to help me lol. I told him to get a controller and let me jump on him to get the skull. We kept changing but he grabbed the skull and we both got the achievement. It was a pain in the asshole LOL

an easy way would be to put the Chooper up there , with the big wheel you can jump easy, i just did it , i made a new account and im getting all the achievements again and since its been so long i play halo 3 i kinda forgot you need 2 people , but i did it with the chopper after i watch this video!

Use a fuel rod cannon. Shoot it at the angled part just after you jump. Hold right and you should be in.

you usually have to start at the beginning otherwise it won't appear, or if it does it won't give you the achievement

Another method is getting a vehicle up there. Hard to get it up there (must use vehicle with boost) jump off of it. Worked for me and my buddy:D

@Flamingbob1 make sure that you are not on easy difficulty... none of the skulls show up if you are on it... unlike halo 2 you dont need to go on legendary to get the skulls, just make sure you are on normal diffuculty or higher and that you start at the beginning of the level... if you fail to do one of these the skull will not be there (beginning of the level USUALLY only applies to gold skulls though ive noticed)

i dont even see the skull there and i even went and picked the mission and started it from beginning like the cutscene from where ur in the ship in the sky. am i doing anything wrong? im playing on normal...but i did skip the enemies and i didnt kill them i zoomed passed them to the bridge...someone please help!!

This guide is fucking shit. Sorry, but a plasma grenade jump is not the easiest way to do this by a long shot. Also, third person camera is no help whatsoever.

Its on the 2nd bridge...you can get it with deployable cover (go to place where the prowlers come out with 5 brutes on em and kill all brutes fast...one or 2 of em have it..u can usually get it off the ones on the prowler that still drives around after people get off

pick up a deployable cover in the beggining of the game there are two of them before the skull, use the cover to jump up on when you are near that high thing with the skull on it, I did and got it first try ^_^

its easier to get with a chopper. where he got onto the cliff by that small rock, you boost with the chopper and you get onto the cliff, then boost again to get onto the platform. go to the last one sticking out, drive it down the the edge, jump off the edge of chopper. simple as that.
