lol. i didn't even know who Bono was til today. my mom left for Italy yesterday, and she called today and told me that when she landed in Rome, Bono from U2 was checking in his baggage, right next to her. i was like "who the hell is that?" lol. so i had to get on youtube to find out who he was.

idk. but this is what happened. she was talking to her friend who was standing next to her, and she asked her friend a question. her friend didn't realize that my mom was talking to her. so Bono was in front of my mom, and i guess he thought that my mom was talking to HIM, so he answered her question. then my mom's friend started taking pics of my mom and Bono. afterwards, my mom asked her friend why she was taking pics. and her friend told her that it was Bono from U2. my mom didn't even KNOW.

Well i have to agree, i love stones, pink floyd and some zeppelin songs, but come on! U2 has been the biggest band in the world since the joshua tree album. They are pioneers, they have changed the live performences. And there sound is from another planet. There're unique.

I am Irish. I'm following U2 for the last 30 years. I'm an authority on this and i can honestly say bono occasionally pronounces certain words in an American accent. He gets lots of stick for it over here
