the hadouken is different in the place the ball is created- in the tf2 taunt it creates when the two hands meet to form the ball, in this taunt the ball is formed from the start in the left hand.

How did you get this to work? I've been trying to make custom animations for the Pyro for some time now, but when I compile the mdl there's always something wrong with them. The whole model shifts around during the course of the animation, his torso constantly moves forward and backward, and his fingers are always in their default positions.
