I do accept the speach made by H.E- president museveni.It seems there must be something fishy going on between the people of kenya and uganda on the boarder of migingo.That's why, h.e-museveni wants to clear the problem away.

Museveni has always been a careless speaker, a poor orator.
I would also think a person who uproots railway lines is mad but if I were president I wouldn't make such a careless comment, not publicly.
