@singledad1234 So ignore the Christians and start talking to God. There is only a remnant; most professed Christians are not actually saved. Never seek God through people they will let you down. You will find the one true God only when you look within and you desire to know Him with all your strength. He always shows up when you speak with your heart and not your mind. I've been where you are, I am where you are and God is all that sustains me. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I think if's very interesting how the gay "marriage" has passed in New York. I can't help but think Gd stayed his hand for the sake of his servant David Wilkerson. I wasn't saved at the time of this vision but year's later..1977 this book came into my hands. For some reason, I knew I would see alot of it full filled....and so I have. Being a luke warm christian won't get you through...be 100% sold out !!

I wander how many of those young people who stood up in that church that day in 1973 look back and remember this sermon and what it truly means to have been called out of her and have prepared themselves for what is to come. The world needs you now more than ever!!

If he was speaking to 21 year olds in 1973 that he thought were going to face great persecution, they would be 59 years old now.... So either they have been through this persecution already or they have yet to face it. On another train of thought this message was recorded in 1973 and released on youtube 37 years later and might possibly be intended for THIS generation of 21 year-olds.

@MrCharrrles that is a very valid thought bout the current generation being the recipients of the message on this video,mind you,it does seem that much of the prophecy is being unfolded in this generation,ie,ours,60 yr olds,could it be across the generations,with the end of its fulfilment being in the lives of the younger ones now,but commenced in the 70s,

I was once asked what time period I would have liked to be born into. After hearing Pastor Wilkerson, I think I am truly blessed to be among the last generation of Christians. I want to walk closer to my Lord. I want Him to say to me one day, "Well done, good and faithful servant." I want to be found worthy to escape all these things. I want to spend eternity with God in heaven. May it be the same for you. Hellelujah and God Bless All who are touched by this prophet's words. Amen? Amen.

I recall when this book first came out. I admit I could not see what he spoke about coming to pass then. I thought he was motivated by emotion and not The Spirit.

For example, I absolutely could NOT imagine that XXX rated films would be available via TV (see part 1). Boy, was I wrong.

With the passage of time, his vision has stood the test of time. Don't know when we'll see all of it come true, but much that he wrote about then has come to pass.

It is the same generation. This was just 3 years after I got saved and baptised in the Holy Spirit. I did not hear it until the 90's and thought he had just given it because I was seeing it all come to past.  A generation is 40 years, I believe. Everything is coming to a head.
