People who die of starvation and malnutrition in America do so because of their parents' negligence, not because of famine. Pyongyang admitted to 220,000 deaths due to famine between 1995 and 1998. International sources estimate no less than 660,000. NDAA is scary but it is a far cry from living in the DPRK.
