LRR (if you're a righty) is the best way to do it.

It's easier to do 16th notes by double hitting with the right hand than it is to go from a L-R 8th beat immediately to a R-L 16th beat.

For example, if you get 4 16th notes in a row, the best way is not to do RLRL. It's RRLR.

I don't really like the pad noise in it to be honest... When you get slightly slightly slightly off sync but not enough to lose your multiplier, it sounds really bad.
