yes you can actually hear the supecharger its also my favorite car and i have all the upgrades MATTE black and black rims and when you hold the nitrous down it will spin the tires threw 5th gear :p

i have same laptot but cpu 2.53@ then i use 1064x664 aax2 or 720p aa0x and all high exept shadow on med, with this settings i get 25/30 fps
