I have lived & traveled in countries around the world. Canada is one of the least racist places I have been to. Toronto is the world's most ethically diverse city according to the UN. I heard about this incident hours after it happened. I have been free with my criticism of Toronto police as well however the Chilean players were violent & out of control.
