How does this compare to the stock apple ipad dock keyboard?

He says the only issues are the docking piece! It just seems to be in the way when

putting it in his bag! But this doesn't bother him enough to not use it. It's also really good because the keys are specific to the ipad/ipad2, allowing for short cut actions! This is something the standard apple keyboard doesn't have when using it with the Incase Ipad Wireless Keyboard Case!

@YUPnNOPE YES your are completely right on that... the 11 inch weighs 1.08kg! and its an awesome computing interface! My comparison was with a 13 inch.

I'm sorry but THIS is sick, look at the revolution Asus gave us with it's Eee Pad Transformer series ! Seriously, I don't believe in outdated Ipads with no usb and two pieces keyboard and pad =(

@cleartick I agree, the Eee Pad Transformer is pretty awesome :) I wouldn't complain with one of those too! I do love the way it comes with the keyboard and the clip lock to attach and detach it from tablet to net book! impressive! I still love my ipad 2 tho! My problem is I want both! And dam it, you only live once, so if you can have both... Do it :)

@tiznado22 Hello, Yes I use a protector film which I purchased together with the ipad, I can't remember the name, most are pretty good, the Invisible Shield is a good one!

@tiznado22 Hi, if you live in Australia you can get the Belkin case from JBHIFI or Officeworks! - Officeworks is probably your best bet. If your overseas then online would be the only other place I can recommend. Try Amazon they have them :)

I mean this is not a very practical solution for the professional on the go. How do you edit videos, photos or how do you produce and mix music successfully on an iPad - it's not very practical at the minute anyway. Get an Air or a pro next year with the 2012 redesign.

@CiaranVanDon I have been using the iPad for my personal business & have to agree with you on some parts. I am able to utilize it in my business & it comes in handy for my most basic uses. I personally did not buy it for my business! It was & still is for ebook reading, basic note taking & the fun apps! But I have gotten a lot more out of it than I expected regarding my business! There are some stunning apps that I use which are fun & unique to the iPad, which gives my biz flare!

@StuffYouShouldBuy Yea I have an I phone 4S and a Macbook Pro 13" for work. If I want something with very little fuss I connect my iphone 4S to the TV with HDMI adaptor and use it for mirroring or small presentations with a small pocket wireless keyboard. I guess the iphone 4S is like a smaller version of an ipad 2 but I couldn't do without my Mac Pro for video and music editing on the go as an iPhone 4s or iPad 2 really don't suffice.

Nice Review, but i like the keyboard case because it protects aswell as being all in one. So i don't have to bring around the keyboard seperate. I like the theory tho. Especially if you are like my dad who has big fingers and the keys are too small! :D
