I use to work on Beechcraft 1900D's for Air Midwest. For the amount of cycles that were put on those planes, I have seen the logbooks stating more than 40,000. They hold up well. Only major problem ive seen with them is the rear spar cracking.
@afconcorde that appears to happen alot because air labrador , which their fleet consists of b1900d's, landing gear would not retract as I was the pilot, and had to circle Chevery airport for about 20 minutes before it came down, the scary thing was I didnt know if we were landing with hydrolics, if we wernt BOMDEFGTRHTYW!

yea well a few years ago an air nz b1900 crash landed because the landing gear didnt come down

@afconcorde yea well a few years ago an air france Concorde crashed because the engine caught fire and killed everyone.
