  • It is indeed a great treat. This was an amazing concert in the Sawai Gandharva music festival in Pune in late 80's (don't remember the exact year). Appa ji on the harmonium is as great as ever.

  • Does any one have the bandish of this song?

  • My guruji is a student of Mishra Bandhus. Blessed I am.

  • kya baat hai

  • G8 Jayjawanti

  • Wah Wah, kya baat hai. This is amazing! What great joy they must be feeling, I can only estimate by watching their expressions! The style somehow, I do not know how, reminds me of my Bade Guruji Pandit Jasrajji.

  • U R right. What a singing and performance. Just Great

  • @adiddude Hi Dear, this heavenly singing is a pure Banaras Gharana Gayaki, where they swing with main swaras in different type of the swinging direction.

It is like as if one can squeeze with sweet rasas of sangeet in various ways but in swinging ways. This gayaki is sweetest among all. Thats why Banaras gharanas or Ang are always famous and sweet...
