  • i make and sell those string jigs .but have made a few changes to improve them if you just google munchmounts or munchmounts string jigs you will find lots of threads on them

    but how to count twist per inch?

  • @hkdvc i have added a thrust bearing to the jig to help add twist .also ther is a forula to know how long to make the string befor the twist so you end up with the right length string when complete.if you check on archery talk there are many great string builders that can help with any needed info just check the strings and arrows section munch

  • Munch, thanks for posting this video. It has inspired me to build my own string jig to make bow strings. Can you please tell me how far apart the posts are mounted on the ends of your jig? Looks like about 8", dose it matter or do you just need enough room to do the loop serving? Thanks
