  • It's wasn't that notation at that time. They already used mesured notation since the 14th century.

  • @mitoparque1er Erm no...they didn't. This is a Renaissance era tune and they still used ligatures. The notation from the Renaissance only has a vaguely similar look to modern notation. There were leger lines but no measures. What you see above is Franconian notation.
