Great choice to play Vale. Hilarious choice for Ra-Havreii, don't know Djimon but looked him and and he at least looks like Jaza (from the one pic I saw of that char) Don't know Mark Smith either. I imagined Dr. Ree's voice to be pretty deep and slurring his S's a bit, so I thought Chris Sabat would be good for him

After Voyager, Tuvok took a teaching position at the Academy for a while, then Starfleet Intelligence recruited him to go undercover at Romulus to find out what happened to Spock, then Nemesis happened and he was captured in the chaos that resulted from Shinzon assassinating the entire Romulan Senate. After Nemesis, Titan's first stop was Romulus to help them recover, and they found and rescued Tuvok who became a permanent member of the crew. His wife joined him this time

Looks like an update for the Nebula. Whereas the Sovereign is an update for the Galaxy.

I still prefer the Nova class with a Rhode Island retrofit.

Yeah...I guess. I was talking about the role, though. Nebulas were deep space, long-range explorers. Akira and Prometheus were more like tactical cruisers.

@Th0ughtf0rce She's too young though, TNG era Trek is set exactly 377 years into the future (Encounter at Farpoint is set in 2364 and was made in 1987, and everything since then is made with that benchmark), making it 2388 now, Vale was born in 2343. Sackhoff is 31, Vale would be 46 by now.

Personally, I think Pava should be Chief of Security, she can get away with being played by a 20 something though, since she's Andorian and not human. But Human characters are generally their actor's ages.

Yeah very important, and you also left out "Patti Yasutake" as Dr. Alyssa Ogawa. If I am not mistaken, Ogawa works with Dr. Ree in the Titan Sickbay in the novels.

Yeah, but she hasn't been a huge part of the series thus far. She wouldn't receive a spot in the opening credits.

I agree...Will and Deanna are a bit older now, but they can make up for it by putting younger cast members in there as the rest of the crew. Riker and Troi are established characters, so it really doesn't matter how old they are. But they should do a Titan TV series, and the Rikers should have like a 5 or 6 year old kid...after all it's been like 6 years since they were married..by the time the get around to filming a series, the kid would be that old at least.

umm.. it was about only three to four months after their marriage when Titan really went off their first assignment... and only in Book 3/4 did Deanna and Riker try for a child... so unless it goes further...

Very interesting video. I didn't realise that the Titan series struck a cord with fans. I wouldn't be opposed to Titan or any other series such as Captain Sulu, as long as I got my Star Trek fix. Too bad there are so many haters when the fans are so dedicated!

i think a Riker series would be awesome and maybe Picard would drop in once in awhile with the Enteprise-E to lend a hand just as Sulu did for Kirk in Star Trek VI with the Excelisor and of coure the Romulans would be the main villains in the show i think a Star Trek Titan series might just be the ticket laddy lol

No, Luna class per a contest Pocket Books held to allow a fan to design the ship. This was the winning design and someone modeled it for the Star Trek: Legacy game.
