Technically impressive, but I noticed this tendency among Chapman Stick players to just keep piling on the notes. This performance is case in point:the melody gets buried under so many layers that it loses most of its impact. I honestly find it sounding a tad messy.

Beautiful man, I can tell that stick has seen some days from how well seasoned the fingerboard is. I bet its an awesome instrument to have, I want one so bad.

you know,i do alot of tapping on my acoustics and my 8 string electric, dud at the music store today said you need to be playing a Chapman stick, i said i've heard of them, so i'm down with checking it out...damn. This is amazing...i actually sit with my guitar between my legs and have played similar to this(actually the headstock is under my chin)...who knew,time will tell, have to start saving up for one of these beautiful instruments

Hey Bob, great cover as always! i noticed you have the same problem i get on my guitars man. that gunk on the fretboard. try a dremel at slow speeds with the softest buffing pad you can find and some good furniture polish to keep the heat down and condition the wood

And on a slightly irrelevant note, I LOVE seeing the neck of a guitar (or similar instrument, heh) worn down like that.
