I was thinking that when there's no way to get around something then you have to go through it, and that it doesn't mean that you won't ever get to the other side of it, or that there are no rewards for having gone through it.

A lot of hurtful stuff comes diguised as "truth" - but its really coming from a warped perspective that is fear based. Truth can be overwhelming and discouraging, but be careful what you believe in. Negative self talk ignores your positive potential - don't buy it!
