Where do you go to do all that? Like where do you start and how much does it cost? because I live in Arkansas and would love to go canoeing in the ouichita river.

For this trip we used "Ouachita River Haven Resort" (870-326-4941/877-314-2836) a reasonable, on-the-river location for our base camp. I'm sure they can answer all your questions. They can provide equipment if you dont bring your own or you can just hang out there on the river and have a great weekend. They are very friendly folk, we will be going back soon I hope!
