i got this a week ago and i love it; its my 1st blackberry. it may have sucked when it first came out but now it doesnt because i made improvements like adding a trimmed business card under the battery which made it click 10X better and updated the OS to 5. which made it freezes rarely and not nearly as much as before. you can change it so it doesnt auto dim also

The BB Storm 1 has a less then impressive screen. When using it I would find that the sensors didn't match up with where I was truly aiming. The Storm 2's screen is much more accurate...it's not even comparable. The amount of internal memory and the addition of Wifi really brings this phone up to par with phones out when it was originally released...even with the phones coming out today. Basically if you can think of a problem with the Storm 1 the Storm 2 is it's correction.

That depends on how picky you are with your phone. If you expect 100% accuracy and all the added features of the Storm 2, which are nice, then I would suggest returning your Storm 1 and getting the Storm 2. But if you like a strong phone that will get your basic BB needs met, you have found a great phone for yourself.
