THIS man should have been our first black president, not that spineless puppet Obama. Powell is thoughtful, extremely intelligent, very experienced, not afraid to take a stand for his principles, level headed, charismatic, and open minded. He's everything the leader of our nation should be.
Good response by Colin Powell. It almost makes you want to forgive him for lying before congress and the UN about Iraq's WMD's (which lead to the deaths of almost 1million people) ... almost
her sun SULTAN KHAN rest in peace.this powell fellow is a good story teller.where is this change that obama promised.and now do you think that a muslim can be given a chance to run for presdnt.lets hope that things turn out right for USA because it truely is a great nation but its politics lacks trust.but 1000 times better than my pakistani polotics .

@tigersforchrist Well except the fact that there is NO god, and you are just spreading filth. You are all crazy nuts. The FACT is you have no proof of what you believe, only faith, and faith is believing in the unseen, which goes back to my point that you have no proof. Have a nice day wacko!
@tigersforchrist if that is the case then reply to this luke 19:27 ''But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them--bring them here and kill them in front of me.'' and you say we are preaching hate?
@tigersforchrist May The Curse OF THE ALL-MIGHTY CREATOR, GABRIELLE, THE BELIEVERS AND ALL OF CREATION BE UPON YOU & all The HYPOCRITES (in this world, the Grave and the Hereafter. Sionist propaganda. Sionist(extremist jews) are the real terrorist. They(like this tv marionets) apply divide and conquer strategy and try to make cristians to hate muslims and muslims to hate cristians. Also control USA goverment and massmedia, plant explosibles on the two towers and want to destroy all the nations except Israel. For more informations write on youtube:
Superhamzah85 just ignore him, ur wasting ur time trying to explain to him. Just focus on ur life and pray to Allah, ask him to forgive all our enemies who hates us. May Allah bless you and peace be with you brother.
I am torn between supporting religious freedom, and supporting a religion/ideology that believes democracy is a sin and wants to replace our government with Sharia law and a muslim dictator.
I am aware there is a very small minority of Muslims that embrace the American way of life and government, but the larger muslim majority are fundamentalists that believe that there is only 1 way to be, Muslim, and will stop at nothing to make that truth. Lies, terror, death, & fear are tools of Islam.
If democracy was not wanted by most people, we wouldn't have it. Look at Libya, Egypt, Syria and Tunisia, as well as Yemen.
Not only do they want democracy badly, they are willing to risk their lives for it, and have risked their lives for it.
To have them in your country would be an asset, you know if something happens, and democracy is overturned, they've already got a track record of fighting for it.
Maybe consider the fact, that just like you, they believe religion is a personal thing, and politics is another thing. Maybe JUST MAYBE they tend to think that?
Only two out 50 Muslim countries use the qur'an as a source of law. Saudi and Iran, and their laws are STILL very different. It is complex, and you fail to understand it.
@6thMessenger Sharia Law has not be defined by the Islamic World, so how could any country be practicing it? The countries you listed are practicing their (traditional) forms of government and law, not "Sharia Law."
Stop watching Fox New, tune away from right wing radio, and talk to real Muslims at your local Mosquejid..
Countless numbers of non-muslims have died in the wake of Islamic conquest, so don't insult me or them.
There is no balance in Islam because there will always be a large number of fundamentalists that force their views on the less devout. The only way to get balance is to get away from Islam.
If you only believe in part of Islam, you arent a muslim. You may as well join a religion that caters to that mentality.
I'm an atheist, atheists in your country have a priority, and it is Christianity trying to creep in.
In my country, the people are solidly secular, people can try and campaign for anything, the KKK campaign, black supremacists campaign, Jewish terrorist groups campaign.
If Jews believe in evolution, should they just find another religion? If Christians believe divorce is ok, and that woman don't have to remain silent in churches, and that they don't have to cover their heads, should they just find another religion?
I don't mind people declaring rules, but stay consistent, or stfu.
You say many people see religion as not opposed to freedom of democracy. I would say that is true with every religion except Islam. In Islam you can not question Islam or the Quran. You are not free to pick an choose what to believe as you are in other religions. There is a very clear view of the world from Muhammad's eyes. Those that are with him, and those that he perceived as against him. Those against him he insulted, claimed were no good, not pure etc, which created hate.
The Torah is VERY CLEAR on who is to be killed. Moses instantly committed genocide against people who worshipped a golden calf, and declares death for a number of religious crimes.
So no, your exception with Islam is flat out wrong. Currently, Jewish settlers believe it is ok to steal land from Gentiles.
My interpretation of Islam is based on the beliefs of the majority of Muslims. I make no claims that Muslims should follow my interpretations. However, Islmamic fundamentalists DO make that claim and view anyone that doesn't follow the fundamentals as misguided and in some muslim countries they are tortured and killed.
An extremist doesnt allow for variances in belief. I believe you should believe what you want as long as it doesn't infringe on the rights of others.
Why don't you believe whatever a person says they believe? If an asshole Christian thinks atheism is evil, then he;s an asshole. If they want to burn a witch they're an asshole. If Jewish people who think a Palestinian has no right to land that is his, he's an asshole, if a Muslim thinks anyone should be killed for believing something then they're an asshole.
Treat people according to the Theory of Asshole, it works for me, every time.
For the most part I do, however, I found that many Muslims will lie about their beliefs or their level of fundamentalism.
Your theory if asshole is fine, but when it comes to muslims they believe sincerely that they have the right and duty to kill everyone else that thinks they are an asshole, because having a lesser person insult them is the worst insult and worthy of death according to their laws and customs.
"The MAJORITY of people killed in terrorist attacks have been Muslims."
LOL Thank you for proving my point. Islam promotes violence. Not forgiveness and understanding. No peace and coexistance. They kill everyone indescriminantly based off of feeling insulted or claiming Islam was in danger of disgrace. Gods word can stand up to human question. Right?
Don't blame jews or christians. We are talking only about Islam. Muslims have attacked American back in colonial times.
Why do you think Al-Qaeda is now finished? It was a phase, look around the middle-east now, those governments that have been overthrown, have been funded by the US. 9/11 is not the beginning of this.
New York and Washington DC just had a "credible threat". Al-Qaeda isn't finished.
And even if the group does go away there will be another hardline Islamic fundamentalist group that hates jews, christians, and free thinking. The only way around it is getting rid of the religion.
Christian fundamentalism, Jewish fundamentalism is directly related to Islamic fundamentalism. The first country to recognize America was Morocco, a Muslim country.
It is not irrelevant, the fact a Muslim country is the first to recognize America as a friend, shows there is nothing inherent about them that prevents friendship, rather foreign policy of post-WW2 is what resulted in modern conflict.
Nobody reads a book and suddenly decides to fight, there is always a catalyst, a series of events that pushes people to violence, anywhere. Islam has nothing to do with it, the first terrorists in the middle-east were the Jewish Irgun and Stern Gangs, who INVENTED modern terrorism, the first Palestinian terrorist was George Habash, a CHRISTIAN. He actually abandoned Yasser Arafat, because Arafat recognized Israel.
The catalyst is Islam. Intolerance, revenge and a false sense of superiority are taught.
So anytime ANYONE questions Islam, Muslims feel insulted that a lowly, misguided kafir would dare that they feel obligated to strike back instead of being forgiving.
The 1st and 2nd world trade center attacks were Muslims.
The london 7/7/2005 bombing -Muslims.
1993 Bombay bombings -Muslim
8/14/2007 Qahtaniya bombings -
Wikipedia Islamic terrorism and Christian terrorism.
@6thMessenger Oooo K! Now, what do you think about Mr. Powell's comment in regard to the "schisming" of the people in our great Nation (i.e. by religion)? Us vs. Them so to speak? "Them" being Muslims and Islam.
America was created by free men, that wanted a country for every man to be welcome in.
I believe in that, however, I think there are boundaries to the idea just as their are boundaries to freedom.
You are free to believe whatever you want, but you may not be free to practice what you believe.
You are free to be a muslim, but your religious laws or traditions will not supersede the laws of this country or the rights of others that live in this country. Everyone is equal.
@6thMessenger Ooookey dokey! So much for answering the question... Anyway, it seems you want to discuss your ideal (what you've been told or believe true about) Sharia Law. By your comment, you identify as an "Islamophobe," and that's a phychological issue. As a medicament for you problem, I highly recommend you read (and study) the Noble Quran; at minimum 2 Suras per day.
@Legend1One the West uses Islam in Muslim nations to keep the people busy with the punishments of Islam while they loot the nations of oil. SA,Iran,Egypt all examples of how the West actually promotes Islam in Muslim nations to keep the people living in a world of religious dogma, with no education and out of control of their own nations. Nothing 'noble' about Quran or any other religious text, they are BronzeAge philosophy`s full of degrading sub-human 'objective moral relativism'.
@PAULOcbi Huh? Are you some sort of idiot savant or something? " You dispute in matters of which you have some knowledge, but why dispute in matters of which you have no knowlege! Sura 2:66.
In short, you should stop watching Fox News and pick up a book, namely the Quran. The tyrants (secular leaders) who sit in the seat of authority, in most Muslim lands, we (the West) bank rolled their position for a purpose. They are not Muslim, nor do they follow Islam, but are "Western" pycho pupets...cont
@Legend1One yup,Muslim nations skipped the ScientificRevolution and had no IndustrialEra so they must buy EVRYTHING from fridge/stove,cars,computers,weapons,medicine from Westernized nations and ALL Middle-East nations import %75 of their food so they are easy to control with sanctions and paying off dictators. The dictators in SA,Egypt, etc. promote Islam to keep the people tribal and ignorant while they send their kids to Harvard and Yale, its perfect for the Allies,no military invasion needed.
@PAULOcbi "Muslim nations skipped the ScientificRevolution... "
What does any of this have to do with God and Islam? It's a red herring. Period. And to claim Islam is promoted to keep people ignorant is ignorant! I would say, the misuse and misapplication, and the misteachings of Islam, and the lies we choose to swallow, keeps people ignorant.
@PAULOcbi Furthermore, everybody is using Islam, Satan is hard at work trying to destroy the image and beauty if Islam in the eyes of the ignorant and deceived. Most people do not read (including Muslims) and like sheep, are easily lead in the wrong direction. You, my friend, being exibit A. You've mixed truth with falsehood, probably unwittingly, but nonetheless, it's a devilish practice. -- Sura 2:42
Yes, the West wants oil, but to say she promotes Islam flies in the face of truth and reality
@Legend1One Ive read BookOfTao,Confucious,I Ching,Bahgvad Gita,Tanach and Talmud,Gospels,Quran and many Hadiths and studied Buddhism as well in college.Compassion, the highest of Ethics is lit between bearer and offspring at birth ,ethics are innate and subjective, there are no mind-independent values 'out there' in the world waiting for us to detect them or decreed from some supernatural god-king.We read value into the world, its not something objectively there to begin with.BTW theres no god-king
@PAULOcbi To read something and not understand what you've read is a foolishness. Read to get understanding.
The statement "ethics are innate" agrees with the Quran, but to then, in the same breath, argue ethics to be "subjective" is a logical falacy. You are a lost cause who has strayed far from the path of God. In regards to the disbelivers, Sura 2:10 of the Quran says, "In their hearts is a disease; and Allah increases their disease and for them is a painful chastisement because they lie.
@Legend1One of course ethics are subjective Compassion, the highest of ethics is lit between bearer and off-spring at birth so Ethics are innate and entirely subjective. Next you will be telling me that the Jews didnt know murder and theft was wrong until they got to Mt.Sinai and got the TenCommandments right, lol??? The objective(absolute) ethics and punishments in Bible and Quran are not even livable. They are a Bronze Age moral philosophy designed by barely literate men who still pick their nose
@PAULOcbi Paul, let me spell this out for you... to argue ethical behavior to be both innate and subjective is to commit a logical fallacy. If it's innate, by definition, it can't be subjective.
Secondly, I said that I agreed with you, and you and I agree with the Quran, when it says moral ethics is an innate attribute of all mankind, but that it is Satan who causes us to slip or deviate from our natural behavior. So why would I ever argue that the Jews didn't know murder and theft was wrong?
@Legend1One stop your nonsense, dont know where you studied theology/ethics but you got it WRONG,innate is exactly subjective, you should take a trip to the reference library or these days you can easily search 'moral relativism' online and see that ALL morals are subjective down to evry last person on earth BECAUSE they are innate, like I said theres no morals out there objectively decreed by some god- king,we each read value into the world and never exactly the same, have a coffee and wake up pal
@PAULOcbi LOL... This guy just won't quit... Pual, if doing the morally RIGHT thing, all the the time, is innate, what specifically can be subjective about it?
I'll try to help you to see the fallacy in your logic here... I'm not holding my breath, but I'll give it a shot...
If your (subjective) argement is, what's morally right to you might not be morally right to me, then that morality can not be a heritable, and thus must be conditional. Good and evil cannot both be morally right.
@Legend1One the idea of a supernatural god-king is a phenomenal appearance in the sensibility of ourselves as subjects and a manner of species of representation humans have been using for over 5000 yrs. nothing more. The universe is a self-existing matrix,4 dimensions,3 spatial,1 temporal, they are incontrovertible and cannot be altered even by ones own movement and governed by the gravitation constant. So theres no gods, magic, miracles or any of that nonsense.
@PAULOcbi It seems we're far off the topic of "Colin Powell on Muslims," and this isn't a Theist/Atheist debate, but since you picked a fight, and I'm bored, I'll entertain you...
You said, and I quote: "The Universe is a self existing matrix?"
You've embarked on a metaphysical arguement, and the Quran is replete with metaphysical signs (not science). Basically, this is YOUR logic vs. Quranic logic.
? How did the Universe come into exist? Has it always been here or did it have a beginning?
@Legend1One 1st admit you are wrong about subjectivism, you can easily search 'subjectivism' on Wikipedia and scroll down to 'Ethical Subjectivism' to prove you were wrong and didnt know what the fuck you were talking about.Yes Universe is a self-existing matrix,no gardener,no caretaker,no maintenance man. Origin of cosmos/ universe remains unknowable. you should read Kant`s 'Critique Of Pure Reason'. You will learn how to think clearly and empirically, then Hegel`s 'The Phenomenolgy Of Spirit'
@PAULOcbi Again, at it's core, ethical subjectivism does not say morality is innate, but just the opposite, and that is that it's conditional. Learned from Parents, siblings, extended family and friends, (today) from T.V., the Internet, ect. (LOL). Need I go on? Come on, Pual, get a grip, and follow to your COMMON SENSE -- atleast on this one point! (LOL) Your position is untenable, you lost this Arguement.
@Legend1One I always know when Im talking to a pseudo-intellectual,lol. Listen its obvious your cluless you can go to any library and look up 'Ethical Subjectivism' or you can just search it online on amy Encyclopedia site .Wikipedia has a simple explanation of ethical subjectivism just search 'Subjectiviim' then scroll down to the Ethical Subjectivism section. Compassion is lit at birth,no two people in the world have the exact same moral disposition, its entirely subjective. Meathead!!
@PAULOcbi You quoting Wikipedia and I'm the and leading Atheist, and I'm the pseudo intellectual?!?!?
Let's explore...
The difference between the Intellectual and the Pseudo Intellectual (PI) is in the way one frames his arguement. In expressing his point, the Intellectual uses his own faculties of reasoning and provides examples to support his claim, where as the (PI) quotes from books, Wikipedia, and anything else he can get his hands on. So will the real pseudo intellectual please stand up!
@Legend1One sure kid,you were caught out, lol. Caught out like a fool online, you said "if its innate by definition its not subjective' ....lol Evryone reading your comment is searching 'Ethical Subjectivism' and realizing you dont know what the fuck your talking about, lmao. Next time keep your foot outta mouth, lol.
@PAULOcbi Pual, I think your still missing my point on Ethical Subjectivism
Again, I will try to help you out...I'm just that kind of guy...
Question: Why is "Ethical Sujectivism" subjective? Basically, how does it come to be subjective? How can it come to be that what person A thinks is right, person B thinks it's wrong, and person C takes no position on it? Wrestling with this question should help you to understand my position. Let me know with some specifics on this point, not a book or aut
@PAULOcbi Look son. You're obviously a young man, an idealist of sorts, who, after reading the Bible, happened upon "The Atheist's Pamphlet of Philosophy and Light." I put forth a logical question: Why is "Ethical Subjectivism," subjective? Think about it. An event happens... Person A thinks it's good, Person B thinks it's bad, and Person C thinks it's neither good nor bad. If Ethical Morality is innate, how can persons A, B, and C come to different moral conclusions about the same event.
@Legend1One all right Ill explain it to you since you dont understand,,and remember the explanation is the same wether on Wikipedia,EncyclopediaBrittanica,or explained by Professor Sandel of Harvard University or any other text on Ethical Subjectivism. BECAUSE Compassion the highest of ethics,is lit between bearer and offspring at birth they are innate, and because they are innate they are entirely subjective,no two people have the exact same morality.Got it? Lesson is over for today son.
@PAULOcbi For the last time, I'm not arguing the definition of Ethical Subjectivism, I'm questioning the logic behind the idea that ethical morality is both innate and subjective at the same time. I'm asking, how can it be!?
By the way, the most oft repeated verse in the Quran is, "In the name of Allah, the Compassionate the Merciful. Compassion is one of 99 attributes ascribed to Allah in the Quran; So, yes, we, as his highiest creation, where innately imbued with highest of moral attributes..
@Legend1One 'as his highest creation??' Strange evolution when people have come to believe, thru religion, that they are the Universes' greatest collusion when really were just a collection of cells,over-rating themselves with "hello god?!" and avoiding the Truth. But anyway back to subjectivism,I dont think you`ll find many people that think theives should be maimed or adulterers should be murdered like the obvious objective moralism in Bible and Quran.Do you??
@PAULOcbi Yes, we are God's highest creation. Does it surpries you that he made us a few degrees above Turtles in intelligence, and a few more degrees above rocks? Of course, from an Atheists persepective (your perspective) I'm sure you will argue that the degree of difference between the intelligence of Turtles, Humans, and Rocks is subjective.
And to your last point, I think you will find that people will believe whatever they've been conditioned to believe. Sccripture answers problems, son.
@Legend1One we have more intelligence because we are so physically weak. Our intelligence, brains have had to evolve to survive. So while we have more intelligence than a turtle the turtle is physically stronger, its a very clear give and take. You have confirmed ethics are subjective,we all have innate morality and we all interpret or deal with it our own way,its only religion that makes morality objective with its barbaric rules sopposedly decreed from 'above' lol. You should get to a library
@PAULOcbi I thought you were some sort of idiot savant, one who can't follow a topic. Why are you introducing physical strenght into a discussion about intelligence? Are you trying to confuss the issue? Light weight Atheist like you tend to do that, but allow me to bring you back on line. As Human Beings our strenght lies in our mental falculties, and we are God greatest creation because of this singular attribute. As an idiot Atheist, I expected you to argue intelligence to be realative. Is it?
@PAULOcbi For a guy who, two days ago, know the concept of a "Genetic Fallacy," nor had you ever heard the words uttered in a sentence, how can you, all of a sudden, be sure you did not commit what is known as a Genetic Fallacy? I know you did. And I'll educate you on it shortly... in hopes that you will learn to think before you speak. Pay attention as I take you to school (42y/o man who doesn't realize or know when he's committed a Genetic Fallacy)... LOL!!!... Here goes nothin...
@PAULOcbi Now, you've committed servarl Genetic Fallacies; the most recent was that chronological list of religious tradition, that you claim borrowed from or plagiarized after its respective predecessor. The Fallacy being, the assumption, that if two or more beliefs/ideas are simular, it necessitates that the later belief borrowed from or plagiarized from, the earlier tradition. It COULD be that each idea evolved seperately and distinct from the other. Think about it?... continue...
@PAULOcbi ... How often do to people on opposite side of the planet, come up with the same or a simular idea or concept? Pretty often, huh! How many times have you thought about something, only to later see it being advertised or t.v. the next day? It doesn't mean that one idea borrowed, or was plagiarized from the other! Therefore, to assume as fact, a thing/event that can be explained in some other way, is to commit (in logic) what is known as a Genetic Fallacy... continued...
@PAULOcbi ... The second kind Genetic Fallacy, for example, would be to say, "All Atheist lie, and since you are an Atheist, you are a liar." Now, the fallacy here has to do with the logic of the premise. The reason you lie could be sociological, pychological, or pathological (i.e a tick so to speak) with being truthful, and therefore has nothing to do with your belief in Atheism. This lesson over? I hope it's been delivered? And I hope it's beem learned?!?!
@Legend1One your Bronze Age explanations dont work in the InformationAge ,it only show you dont own a library card and have prolly never read any meta-physical work or text in your life besides Quran, lol. Ignorant is no way to go thru life,I feel like I just had a conversation with Barney Rubble, lol. Explaning the universe by the supernatural is for the tribal, uneducated and uninformed and certainly unread.Read kant`s 'CritiqueOfPureReason' you will learn to think independently and empirically
@PAULOcbi It's sad how you spew nonsense silliness (Barney Rubble and Library card) and say anything of substance. I guess it's true..."When logic fails a fool, he resortst to personal attacks." Your talking shit, and then laughing at the shit you talk. In all our conversation, you haven't said ANYTHING of substance in regards to metaphysics.
As for my part, I atleast touched on the Big Bang. Metaphysics disagrees with Atheist arguements, and that's why they no longer take a position on it...
I challenge you to put for a metaphysical arguement that can prove God doesn't exist. Now, let's learn how "well read" and "educated" you are. You've already proven yourself to be a shallow thinker, remember the "Psuedo Intellectual" arguement you tried to pin on me, but it was reversed and pinned on you?
Anyway, since you brouched the subject, tell us omething metaphysical that will disprove the existence of God. Enquiring minds want to know! No shit talk, real talk.
@Legend1One 'prove god doesnt exist'? Its obvious your unread and dont understand science or rational thought, the burden of proof is always on the positor not the negator.Even a fool knows absence of evidence is evidence of absence. Anyone can read your comments and see your an ignoramous answering evry question with the same 3 letter answer .'god'. If I can read your coments and see this evryone else can too. Its a shame to go thru life ignorant, you should get to a reference library, pronto.
@PAULOcbi I thought I said, "No Shit talk, REAL TALK!" And what do you do?... You resort to shit talk, because that's where your head is burried. So, you refuse to answer any question I put forth, and you haven't asked many of me! (Analyze yourself.) You make unsupported statements about how you FEEL, and what YOU think - without thinking - and you call in science or logical? (And I'm the ignoramous?) You truly are a shamefully funny kid.
Now, that that's out of the way, let's talk metaphysics
@Legend1One I told you if you know anything about science you know asking to disprove god is for idiots, the burden of proof ALWAYS lies on the positor not the negator, and you have no evidence for god and even a fool knows absence of evidence is evidence of absence. You put your foot in your mouth again ,lol. If BigBang is true then time/space began with the BigBang so there is no time/space for a creator to have existed in b4 BigBang. You silly ignoramous ,keep putting your foot in your mouth
@PAULOcbi You say, (I'm putting my foot in my mouth?) LOL! I'm really busting in laughter here! Your such an idiot savant, Atheist, you have no idea your proving my agruement.
You said, (If BigBang is true then time/space began with the BigBang so there is no time/space for a creator to have existed in b4 BigBang.)
LOL! You idiot, for the Theist's arguement to be true, it necessitates that God exists outside the confines of time, space, and matter inorder to bring it into existence. Cont...
@PAULOcbi ...cont.... He couldn't be in it. LOL! I mean, just think a little on it! Ask yourself this question, "Can a painter be in the painting he has painted? You see, stupid, he (the painter) has to be outside the painting inorder to bring it (his art) to life. LOL! You are such a light-weight Atheist. Call it quits, please and bring your big brother to the dance. This is child abuse. I'm 30 and your 20, maybe. LOL! This is pathetic. Anyone who reads our banter will know it! Allahu Akbar.
@Legend1One childish analogy , you lack reason, the painter and the canvas both exist in the same time/space,. lol.. BTW I was in college 20 yrs. ago Im 42 lol. And admitting the BigBang theory shows you dont believe in god,Stephen Hawking conclusively states 'no god necessary' for the BigBang theory for the same reason I stated ,no time/space for anything to exist in b4 BigBang.you can verify this in any Hawking text or simply online, lol. So if you dont believe in god why you debating??
@PAULOcbi Okay, guess I can't call you kid or son anymore. 42! Wow, grandpa, with all due respect. Anyway, my analogy, just as everything else I've written, is on point. The painter is not in the canvass, but paints on the canvass from the outside. Furhermore, before you try to confuse the issue, the point is Theist (The Quran) says Allah (God) exists outside space and time. Lastly, let's not loose focus in our discussion. The fact that you committed a genetic fallacy was establish, and now...
@Legend1One ... cont... you we're venturing into metaphysics. So, we have a new issue on the table, and the first point has been establish: The Big Bang is no longer a theory. Agreed? Even your big brother Stephen Hawkins says so.
Now, before we get to "The Second Law of Thermal Dyanmic," let's establish the "Law of Causality." Do, you agree with Stephen Hawkins (your big brother), that for anything to occure it necessitates there be an initiating cause or "Frist Cause?" I'll wait for u 2 answr
@Legend1One Stephen Hawking says the Universe occurs from nothing ,by nothing. So you shouldnt go there. And the reason he doesnt debate with religious fools is because "You cant convince a believer of anything, their belief is not based on evidence but a deep seated need to believe. It is better to grasp the universe as it really is than to persist in delusion,no matter how reassuring."
@PAULOcbi Hey! Good morning, Paul.. Maybe by now, it seems I can call you friend? Anyway, with all due respect to your big brother, Stephen Hawkins, it is INCONCEIVABLE (i.e. catagorically illogical to hold such an idea or belief) that something can arise from nothing. Now, the fact that the Universe came into existence does not necessarily prove the existence of God, it's just a singular factor that points to, or leans toward the exsitence of a Supreme Being. Rember from nothing comes nothing.
@Legend1One wrong ! and there was no genetic fallacy committed. Its you who committed the genetic fallacy by arriving at a conclusion with no evidence is a genetic fallacy, evryone can read this in your comments so stop embarrassing yourself. There are ZERO factors which point to the existence of the supernatural,NOTHING in the Universe has ever been explained or discovered that is supernatural so its you committing the genetic fallacy.
2) Law of Causality, as far as science goes (proven) "From nothing -- comes nothing!" Got it?
3) You still don't know what a Genetic Fallacy is, do you? A Genetic Fallacy is a suppostion in logic by which one derives at a conclusion. Stop talking about concepts you know nothing about. Learn what a thing is before you speak on it. Dispute matters which you have some knowledge, but neve dispute matters which you have no knowlege! Sura 2:66.
@Legend1One listen the arguement 'evrything comes from something' is old hat and you know your just left explaining 'then who/what/ how was the god created?' also we know protons disappear and reappear ALL THE TIME almost as a rule, appearing from nothing so no arguement here. You are starting with a conclusion then wrenching certaing facts that fit that conclusion(that god exists) and discarding facts that do not,its what all religionists do ,its old hat so give it up.
YOU: "listen the arguement 'evrything comes from something' is old hat and you know your just left explaining 'then who/what/ how was the god created?"
ME: Thats not my arguement, it Stephen Hawkins arguement (your big brother, remember)!?
YOU: "also we know protons disappear and reappear ALL THE TIME almost as a rule, appearing from nothing so no arguement here."
ME: Huh? Who said anyting about protons? How many conversation are you having, you have me confused with someone else.
@Legend1One now you know Quran,Hadiths and the history of Muhammad and Islam altogether is a redaction of Judaism/Christianity. tHere is nothing in Quran,Hadiths ,Islam ,not already said in Tanach/Gospels except for the command to spread Islam by the sword and the wild anti-semitic and anti-Christian tenets. For evry verse in Quran can be found in Tanach/Gospels the one it was redacted/plagiarized from. So only new from Muhammad is 'spread Islam with violence' and 'subdue the Jews/Christians.
@Legend1One you still havent told me where I committed a 'genetic fallacy' or said something obsolete because it has no evidence of being true. Your debate is old and surely you`ve been down this road b4,with the same arguement to no avail. Piling supposition upon supposition does not facts make silly. You`ll know better next time. We are very close to discovering the origin of the BigBang in Hadrians Collider ,all with no god neccessary, just face the facts and quit being a child.
@Legend1One the story of Muhammad and Bahira you can search online, also the story of Aminah`s visitation ,both clear acts of plagiarism in the history of Muhammad. No wiggle room here whatsoever its plagiarism from !Samuel16:1-16 and Luke1:26-38 , clear as day .not to mention evry verse in Quran is redacted from Tanach/Gospels,in fact there is NOTHING in Quran that wasnt already said in Tanach/Gospels except for the anti-semitic/christian tenets and the command to spread Islam by the sword
@PAULOcbi So, I have to read about this "story" online? Therefore, it's not in the Quran. Furthermore, 1 Samuel 16 and Luke 1:26-38 does not have a "Quranic equivalent!" So, my friend, you are a LIAR. If what you say is a some source other than the Quran, then it's a fabrication, and one shouldn't waste time in reading it.
In this Islam was spread by the sword business has been disproven over more than 1400 years. It was childish propaganda from the 15th century. Nobody put a sword to my neck
@Legend1One lol, you get your philosophy from 6th century Quran cos you are afraid to think for yourself.Fear and cowardice are no reason to not think independently. Only a retard cannot seperate dogma from reality.lol.
@PAULOcbi Aforementioned, I promised to entertain you for a season, and the season is now up! After exhausting all avenues of reasoning and arguement with a disbeliever, the Quran, in sura 109:6, says to say to the disbeliever, "To you be your way (religion) and to me will be mine."
The next time you surf the internet looking for an easy snack, be sure to pick on a Christian, as you have learned, Islam cannot be defeated so easily. I urge you to read the Quran and to study it's precepts. Chao.
@Legend1One Ive read Quran ,I read it after I had read Tanach(3 times)and Gospels. There was nothing in it that wasnt in Tanach/Gospels but for the Anti-Semitism and Anti-Christian verses and proselytizing by the sword.. It seems Muhammad had it in for the same people who he redacted the religion of Islam from. You speak of reason at the same time you say you believe in the supernatural, religious dogma and a mythical after-life.lol..You should read Hegel`s 'ThePhenomenologyOfSpirit' WAKE UP.
@PAULOcbi You owe it to yourself to read the Quran two more times, after all, you read the Tanach three times. Fair is fair, right? In-fact, if you read the Quran two more times, I will read "ThePhenomenologyOfSpirit," again, fair is fair!
@Legend1One actually after reading BookOfTao,Confucious,I Ching,Bahgvad Gita,Tanach and Talmud,Gospels and I found the Quran almost a carbon copy of Tanach and very hard to get thru after Tanach ,like reading a condensed version,Quran ,word for word is the shortest of 'holy books' shorter even than Gospels after all but still tedious.I dont think I could put myself thru that again especially since there is nothing in the Quran not already in Tanach/Gospels,
@PAULOcbi The Quran instructs Muslims to argue with them (the Jews and Christians) in ways that are best. - sura 16:125. However, since you an Atheist, this injunction does not apply. Therefore, I'm boldly calling you a LIAR. You have never read the Quran cover-to-cover. You are a Liar. If the If it's true, that everything found in the Quran is also mentioned in the Bible, when I asked you to comment on the question of "Adultery" in the Quran, a topic you brouched, you ran from it. Why? Liar!!!
@Legend1One stop your nonsense and childish sophistry,I read Quran and many Hadiths at Brock University 20 yrs. ago when I was 22 yrs. old .The Quran is a redaction Tanach/Gospels with many plagiarized verses and stories, also the history of Muhammad is plagiarized as well, simply compare the story of Muhammad and Bahira plagiarized from 1Samuel16:1-16 also Aminah`s visitation taken from Luke1:26-38. Actually the whole of Islam is a redaction of Judaism/Christianity ,with Anti-Jew/Christian verses
@PAULOcbi You said, and I quote... "actually after reading BookOfTao,Confucious,I Ching,Bahgvad Gita,Tanach and Talmud, and Gospels?!?!?
Now, at 22 - AND IN COLLEGE - you expect me to believe that, in addition to your degree studies, you read ALL these other Faith based books, that are Doctorate subject text in their own right, text people study their entire life and still find challenging to grasp, and then that you somehow mustard the energy to read (with care and understanding) the Quran?
@PAULOcbi ... cont... Let's be honest here, you are not even a good Atheist. You don't fully understand, nor do you grasp, the New Age argements of the Atheism (i.e. they no longer argue ontology and metaphysics) and I am to believe you've gained mastery of the Quran? Now, you may have had a leg to stand on, if you had avoided the mention of the Tanach, Ingil, and Quran. These books are my area of study, and fall under my umbrella of knowlege. I know how they where they touch and where they part
@PAULOcbi ... cont... and they don't touch at the points you claimed the did (adultery and theft). Furthermore, proof that your a LIAR, you have not quoted a single verse from the Bible (Tanach/Ingi) or Quran. This, my friend, speaks volumes. You been parroting the arguements of Christopher Hitchens, Richard Dawkins and the like and with arrogance. It surprises me that you haven't gone with the "Flying Pink Elephant" routine you "think" is a stomper................................. continued...
@PAULOcbi cont.... Normal people, especially College students, don't read the aforementioned spiritual books out of curiousity! Your intitled to believe what you will, but don't LIE, especially to a well read Muslim, to convince him/others to go along with your belief. Present your Atheist arguement with truth, and if it holds water -- which it does not -- you may gain a convert. You see, I reverted to Islam through investigation. My knowlege is superior to yours, and you will never convert me.
@PAULOcbi I know you must have the last word in this... go for it! Do your thang, but this conversation is effective over.
Sincerely,
A Muslim revert
P.S. Mr. Collin Powell is a reasonable and intelligent human being. He answered the reporters silly question directly and without ambiguity... and good for him. May Allah's peace one day find you, and may his peace and blessings remain with me.
@Legend1One You cant poke holes in my philosophy,I accept the universe as it is,like a man.I have no need for the comfort of a patriarchal god-king,or some mythical afterlife,or to feel associated with any group or sect like a child and I dont need no other man on this Earth to dictate to me what is morally right/wrong and the punishments that go with it. If Atheism is a belief then OFF is a t.v. channel, lol. Grow a backbone ,think for yourself and join the human race.
@Legend1One with the plethora of religions 'out there' the 'search for god' has become the biggest wild goose chase in the history of man.I hope you come to your senses, you seem fairly intelligent even for a Muslim convert. Although why anyone would agree to live by a 6th century philosophy written by uneducated men who still pick their nose with a serious grudge against encroaching Jews and Christians I dont know.
"Dispute matters which you have some knowledge, but neve dispute matters which you have no knowlege!" Sura 2:66.
1) The Big Bang has been proven, and as such it is no longer a theory
2) The scientific Law of Causality is true, or is it? If you choose to disagree, explain yourself, and remember you will be arguing (contrarily) against your big brother, Stephen Hawkins.
3) Research the "Second Law of Thermal Dynamics, and we'll discuss in a future notes.
and
4) I'm still waiting for you to give the Quranic equivlants of the two Biblical verses you listed.
@Legend1One the law of Causality and Thermal Dynamics do not prove or even 'point to' (lol, point to another pseudo-intellectual term)) the existence of the supernatural, lol,if they did we would not be having this debate. And if you know anything protons disappear and reappear almost as a rule,ALL THE TIME. . So clearly no god is neccessary for the BigBang to occur any more than god is neccessary for the next sun to explode in the next second.
@PAULOcbi First of all, what is the Second Law of Thermal Dynamics? Let's atleast establish what it is before denying or affriming are positions... I yet, I haven't given my arguement on this point!!! So, hold your horses until I do, do go turning your brain off in dogmatism. As for the Law of Causality, it's a well establish Scientific application. In-fact, without it, science itself would not have begun to be a field of study, and, yes, it points to a First Cause supernatural event (Creator?).
@Legend1One denying that Quran ,Hadiths and the history of Muhammad isnt plagiarized is folly. Its the Information Age,we all know Judaism is a redaction of Hinduism and Zoroastrianism(Zoraster brought the idea of a supreme being to Mid-East) Christianity is simply reformed Judaism based on Rabbi Hilels Golden Rule and Islam is a redaction/plagiarization of Judaism/Christianity. Obviously you live in a world of dogma ,like a child, so you have difficulty facing the facts but you`ll grow up.
@PAULOcbi If we're keeping score, this is the second (Genetic Fallacy = a fallacy in logic) you have committed; the first being your arguement on ethical morality is both innate and subjective. I've already explained that the three great monotheistic relgions claim the same source as their orgin of belief, so there are bound to be some simularity in their respective text. The text of the Quran and Bible could be exact, each decending directedly from an orginal source, to augur otherwise is a GF
@Legend1One 'you committed a genetic fallacy' ??? what an idiot,do you just spew nonsense at random?? lol. Please explain 'a genetic fallacy' , ?? you use a term like this and say your not just a pseudo-intellectual?? looks whos the idiot savant ,lol.
@PAULOcbi What? A Wikipedia scholar, and admitted Atheist, such as yourself is clueless as to what a "Genetic Fallacy" means? LOL! This is priceless...LOL! You truly are a light weight Atheist and debator... LOL... And again, you ask me "Who's the idiot savant?" It's priceless... LOL!
I'm not going to explain it (Genetic Fallacy)... LOL... I'll allow you to research it on Wikipedia... LOL!!!!!!!!!
@PAULOcbi P.S. Your homework for tonight is a one sentance definition of phrase "Genetic Fallacy" LOL!!! And I expect an answer (LOL)... I hard to let this one go, Pauly... LOL... Re-read your response, question, and statementsw made about it! I'm bustin' up at the "low-brow-ness" of it all. I can't wait for you to get back to me with the definition, I'm gonna bug you about it until you do! LOL... Atheist are truly backwards thinkers, and the belief in Atheism is illogical. Case closed.
@PAULOcbi LOL!!! Look at you!!! You didn't even know what a Genetic Fallacy was until I told you... And, even so, your still unclear about what it is!!! I told you to look it up on Wikipedia, but your either to lazy or to stupid to do that... Or both, you decide!
@PAULOcbi ...cont... Because your a light-weight Atheist is you don't know this, but aforementioned, I told you Atheist no longer argue the metaphysical sciences and proofs, because they don't have a leg to stand on, and the evidence leans toward Theism. For example: When the Hubble telescope was launched (1990), science hoped to prove that the Universe had always been. In essence, they wanted to disprove the "Big Bang Theory." (Why?) Because the Universe and God could not both be eternal...
@PAULOcbi ... cont... If it were proven that the Universe has no beginning and thus no ending, this proof would undermine the Theist arguement of Allah (God) bring the sole Creator and bringing into existance Space, Time, and Matter. Basically, it would have ended the debate between Theism and Atheism, and the hope of the Theist would have gone dark. However, they discovered what they were not hoping to find. Good ole Hubble saw the edge of the Universe and subsequently detected... cont...
@PAULOcbi ...cont... the varient temperature at her border (that is the border of our Universe), and this discovery confirmed the "Big Bang" and the orgin of the Universe. Now, the Big Bang conformation takes us to the "Law of Causality."... which says nothing comes from nothing, but something has to be "The First Cause." This is science... the law of cause and effect! So, the metaphysical arguement goes..."What caused the Big Bang?" How did a Big Bang spontaneously combust out of nothing? ...
@Legend1One search 'Stephen Hawking,no god neccessary' right here on YouTube ,just to show how you`ve put your foot in your mouth again. really dude your ignorance is astonishing..
@PAULOcbi Look, Sir, I know Stephen Hawkins is an admitted Atheist, and I also know that he refuses an open debate against top level Theist and Muslim scholars and philosophers, like Turek, Ramadan, and Ali. He basically says, just like you and all other Atheist, "Until he can confirm God's existence, he doesn't exist."
Stephen Hawkins is entitled to his opinion, and it's pure conjecture (or just a statement) for him to say no God is necessary for the Big Bang to occure out of NOTHINGNESS.
@PAULOcbi ...cont... Now the non-Atheist scientist were elated, and relieved, about this news, however, the Atheist scientist were left dumbfounded, because all their science tells them that there must be a First Cause. The Quran tells us that those who are rooted in knowlege and wisdom (i.e. applied knowlege) will confess "There is no God but Allah, and He alone is worthy of all worship.
There's more metaphysics. Study the "Second Law of Thermal Dynamics" for starters. I'm out.
@Legend1One I love the way you are squirming and attempting sophistry asking "where is the story of Muhammad and Bahira in Quran??" lol You know full well I didnt say it was in Quran And you know full well the story of Muhammad and Bahira was plagiarized by 3 Muslim scholars at least, lol. Squirming hard eh??lol
@PAULOcbi Here's a cut and past of your exact words: "stop your nonsense ,Quran and Hadiths are a plagiarization of Tanach/Gospels. Compare the story of Muhammad and Bahira plagiarized from 1Samuel16:1-16,its the story of young KingDavid plagiarized, lmao also the story of Aminah`s visitation plagiarized from Luke1:26-38.
Now, this indicates to me that these two verse have a Quranic equivalent. Where in the Quran will I find, "the story of Muhammad and Bahira? In truth, I've never heard of it.
You said, "Ask yourself the next time you act unmorally why you did so and you will have your answer" This indicates to me that you (people) innately know when their actions are immoral. If ethical morality is sujective, by what standard does one use to determine if his actions were moral or immoral? Basically, as an admitted Atheist, you have no basis for asking the question; but you did, and it speaks volumes about you. YOU KNOW BETTER! So, I suggest you read theQuran and do better
@Legend1One Reading your comments and seeing how you try to wrench the square facts of moral subjectivism into the round hole of religions objective and barbaric moralism shows how ignorant you are, (BTW I read Quran in college in my 20`s) Its the same as you,no knowledge whatsoever, just the same 3 letter answer to evry question ,'god' lol. Then you pretend your not a pseudo-intellectual? Hard to do when its obvious your an ignoramous, good luck Barney Rubble. lmao.
@PAULOcbi You said, "(BTW I read Quran in college in my 20`s)"
Your a liar. (How do I know?) Becasue, yesterday, you asked a question about Adultery and theft in scripure (i.e. the Quran) argueing that the penalty for comitting these action (today, or in a practical sense) was out dated and barbaric.
According to the Quran (NOT THE BIBLE) what is the prescribed penalty for Adultery? And when you find out, ask yourself this question, "How could I ever argue this to be out dated or barbaric?"
@Legend1One stop your nonsense ,Quran and Hadiths are a plagiarization of Tanach/Gospels. Compare the story of Muhammad and Bahira plagiarized from 1Samuel16:1-16,its the story of young KingDavid plagiarized, lmao also the story of Aminah`s visitation plagiarized from Luke1:26-38. No wiggle room here ,clear plagiarization along with the many plagiarized verses in Quran ,lol. You should quit now ,and maybe get a coffee and hit the library, lol.
@PAULOcbi If the Worlds three great monotheistic religions claim the same father (Abraham) and also worship the same God, should it not follow, in certain respects/passages, that their respective text, the Old Testament (Torah), New Testament (Ingil) and Holy Quran will kiss each other? Now, the Quran says it confirms the truth and veracity of prior revelation. So, where a Bible story is verified by the Quran, that Biblical portion (story) is said to have been confirmed, so it is true.
@PAULOcbi Furthermore, you posted a couple of Biblical verses here: 1Samuel16:1-16, and Luke1:26-38, claiming they were plagiarized. Can you please provide the Quranic equivalents to these verses -- Sura (Chapter) and ayat (verse)? I was raised a Baptist, so I'm well versed in the Bible, as for my Quranic understanding, Allah is blessing me daily. If you don't provide the Quranic equivalents, I will assume you pulled this out your backside. Don't post what you can't back! Truth is our standard.
@PAULOcbi ... continued... from our Creator. So, if we agree compassion is innate, how do you explain when some people act with uncompassionate to one another, and in-fact act in complete disregard of any standard of morality? I submit that any antithetical behavior, to a moral standard of compassion, and justice, and mercy, etc., is conditional. This is my last best effort on this, and if you choose to be dogmantic in your belief, this conversation is over.

6thMessenger 4 months ago
@6thMessenger
If democracy was not wanted by most people, we wouldn't have it. Look at Libya, Egypt, Syria and Tunisia, as well as Yemen.
Not only do they want democracy badly, they are willing to risk their lives for it, and have risked their lives for it.
To have them in your country would be an asset, you know if something happens, and democracy is overturned, they've already got a track record of fighting for it.
superhamzah85 4 months ago

They wouldn't.

It is complex, and you fail to understand it.
superhamzah85 4 months ago
@superhamzah85
Then you don't know Islam.
Islam has no distinction between religion and politics. It's not a personal thing. Islam is meant to control every aspect of a person's life.
Sorry you are wrong again:
Countries using strict forms of Sharia Law include:
Afghanistan, Bahrain, Iran, Mauritania, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Pakistan, Gaza, Yemen,
Algeria, Bangladesh, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Malaysia, Maldives, Morocco, Somalia,
Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Turkey...
6thMessenger 4 months ago
@6thMessenger Sharia Law has not be defined by the Islamic World, so how could any country be practicing it? The countries you listed are practicing their (traditional) forms of government and law, not "Sharia Law."

800 died in Egypt, don't fucking insult them after the fact.
Many people see religion as not opposed to freedom of democracy, do you wish to encourage this? Or do you wish that all Muslims become like Al-Qaeda?
They won't, ever - because you fail to also realise, that most victims oF aL Qaeda are Muslims.
superhamzah85 4 months ago
@superhamzah85
You may as well join a religion that caters to that mentality.

superhamzah85 4 months ago
@superhamzah85

Currently, Jewish settlers believe it is ok to steal land from Gentiles.
superhamzah85 4 months ago
Can we say the same thing?
Have we demonstrated winning a democracy? Or just taking advantage of previous generations who fought for it, and given it to us on a plate.
superhamzah85 4 months ago
@superhamzah85
I think so.
Hmm, how do you define "winning a democracy"?
What is better: Having the freedom to choose your beliefs or being given your beliefs and told not to question them?
6thMessenger 4 months ago
@6thMessenger
You win it by fighting, and winning.
You are assuming your interpretation of Islam is correct, and therefore all Muslims should follow it.
How does this make YOU any different to an extremist?
I see no distinction.
superhamzah85 4 months ago
@superhamzah85
6thMessenger 4 months ago
@6thMessenger
Treat people according to the Theory of Asshole, it works for me, every time.
superhamzah85 4 months ago
@superhamzah85
6thMessenger 4 months ago
@6thMessenger
I don't know any that would consider killing anyone. So your conclusons to me, are nonsensical.
superhamzah85 4 months ago
@superhamzah85 Then you are ignoring the world around you.
7/7 ring a bell? 9/11? Theo Van Gogh?
6thMessenger 4 months ago
@6thMessenger
There were more Muslims killed in those attacks, than Muslims doing the attacking.
The MAJORITY of people killed in terrorist attacks have been Muslims.
It is YOU who is ignoring the world around you.
superhamzah85 4 months ago
@superhamzah85
6thMessenger 4 months ago
@6thMessenger
Why do you think Al-Qaeda is now finished? It was a phase, look around the middle-east now, those governments that have been overthrown, have been funded by the US. 9/11 is not the beginning of this.
superhamzah85 4 months ago
@superhamzah85
New York and Washington DC just had a "credible threat". Al-Qaeda isn't finished.
And even if the group does go away there will be another hardline Islamic fundamentalist group that hates jews, christians, and free thinking. The only way around it is getting rid of the religion.
6thMessenger 4 months ago
@6thMessenger
Christian fundamentalism, Jewish fundamentalism is directly related to Islamic fundamentalism. The first country to recognize America was Morocco, a Muslim country.
If religion is the problem it's all religions.
superhamzah85 4 months ago
@superhamzah85
Oh boy, you are buying into the Muslim rhetoric.
How is christian fundamentalism tied into Islamic fundamentalism?
Fascinating about Morocco, irrelevent, but fascinating.
6thMessenger 4 months ago
@6thMessenger
Christian Zionism is maintaining Israel's illegal occupation of Palestine. Iraq was for Israels national security, not Americas.
Before this, America has vetoed every single resolution against Israel, including the 1970s war against Lebanon.
This in turn, funds the surrounding dictators to shut up about Israel, and oppress their own people.
Without Christianity in the West, I can guarantee you there'd be no Islamic fundamentalism.
superhamzah85 4 months ago
@6thMessenger
It is not irrelevant, the fact a Muslim country is the first to recognize America as a friend, shows there is nothing inherent about them that prevents friendship, rather foreign policy of post-WW2 is what resulted in modern conflict.
superhamzah85 4 months ago
@6thMessenger
He actually abandoned Yasser Arafat, because Arafat recognized Israel.
superhamzah85 4 months ago
@superhamzah85

@6thMessenger
You're absolutely right, American foreign policy before 9/11 has absolutely nothing to do with it.
You're just like a religious person, easy quick answers, so you can stop thinking.
superhamzah85 4 months ago
@6thMessenger Oooo K! Now, what do you think about Mr. Powell's comment in regard to the "schisming" of the people in our great Nation (i.e. by religion)? Us vs. Them so to speak? "Them" being Muslims and Islam.
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One
6thMessenger 4 months ago
@6thMessenger Ooookey dokey! So much for answering the question... Anyway, it seems you want to discuss your ideal (what you've been told or believe true about) Sharia Law. By your comment, you identify as an "Islamophobe," and that's a phychological issue. As a medicament for you problem, I highly recommend you read (and study) the Noble Quran; at minimum 2 Suras per day.
Legend1One 4 months ago

Sura 2:66.

The tyrants (secular leaders) who sit in the seat of authority, in most Muslim lands, we (the West) bank rolled their position for a purpose. They are not Muslim, nor do they follow Islam, but are "Western" pycho pupets...cont
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One yup,Muslim nations skipped the ScientificRevolution and had no IndustrialEra so they must buy EVRYTHING from fridge/stove,cars,computers,weapons,medicine from Westernized nations and ALL Middle-East nations import %75 of their food so they are easy to control with sanctions and paying off dictators. The dictators in SA,Egypt, etc. promote Islam to keep the people tribal and ignorant while they send their kids to Harvard and Yale, its perfect for the Allies,no military invasion needed.
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi "Muslim nations skipped the ScientificRevolution... "
What does any of this have to do with God and Islam? It's a red herring. Period. And to claim Islam is promoted to keep people ignorant is ignorant! I would say, the misuse and misapplication, and the misteachings of Islam, and the lies we choose to swallow, keeps people ignorant.
Legend1One 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi Furthermore, everybody is using Islam, Satan is hard at work trying to destroy the image and beauty if Islam in the eyes of the ignorant and deceived.
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi To read something and not understand what you've read is a foolishness. Read to get understanding.
The statement "ethics are innate" agrees with the Quran, but to then, in the same breath, argue ethics to be "subjective" is a logical falacy. You are a lost cause who has strayed far from the path of God. In regards to the disbelivers, Sura 2:10 of the Quran says, "In their hearts is a disease; and Allah increases their disease and for them is a painful chastisement because they lie.
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One of course ethics are subjective Compassion, the highest of ethics is lit between bearer and off-spring at birth so Ethics are innate and entirely subjective. Next you will be telling me that the Jews didnt know murder and theft was wrong until they got to Mt.Sinai and got the TenCommandments right, lol??? The objective(absolute) ethics and punishments in Bible and Quran are not even livable. They are a Bronze Age moral philosophy designed by barely literate men who still pick their nose
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi Paul, let me spell this out for you... to argue ethical behavior to be both innate and subjective is to commit a logical fallacy. If it's innate, by definition, it can't be subjective.
Secondly, I said that I agreed with you, and you and I agree with the Quran, when it says moral ethics is an innate attribute of all mankind, but that it is Satan who causes us to slip or deviate from our natural behavior. So why would I ever argue that the Jews didn't know murder and theft was wrong?
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One stop your nonsense, dont know where you studied theology/ethics but you got it WRONG,innate is exactly subjective, you should take a trip to the reference library or these days you can easily search 'moral relativism' online and see that ALL morals are subjective down to evry last person on earth BECAUSE they are innate, like I said theres no morals out there objectively decreed by some god- king,we each read value into the world and never exactly the same, have a coffee and wake up pal
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi LOL... This guy just won't quit... Pual, if doing the morally RIGHT thing, all the the time, is innate, what specifically can be subjective about it?
I'll try to help you to see the fallacy in your logic here... I'm not holding my breath, but I'll give it a shot...
If your (subjective) argement is, what's morally right to you might not be morally right to me, then that morality can not be a heritable, and thus must be conditional. Good and evil cannot both be morally right.
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One the idea of a supernatural god-king is a phenomenal appearance in the sensibility of ourselves as subjects and a manner of species of representation humans have been using for over 5000 yrs. nothing more. The universe is a self-existing matrix,4 dimensions,3 spatial,1 temporal, they are incontrovertible and cannot be altered even by ones own movement and governed by the gravitation constant. So theres no gods, magic, miracles or any of that nonsense.
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi It seems we're far off the topic of "Colin Powell on Muslims," and this isn't a Theist/Atheist debate, but since you picked a fight, and I'm bored, I'll entertain you...
You said, and I quote: "The Universe is a self existing matrix?"
You've embarked on a metaphysical arguement, and the Quran is replete with metaphysical signs (not science). Basically, this is YOUR logic vs. Quranic logic.
? How did the Universe come into exist? Has it always been here or did it have a beginning?
Legend1One 4 months ago
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi Again, at it's core, ethical subjectivism does not say morality is innate, but just the opposite, and that is that it's conditional. Learned from Parents, siblings, extended family and friends, (today) from T.V., the Internet, ect. (LOL). Need I go on? Come on, Pual, get a grip, and follow to your COMMON SENSE -- atleast on this one point! (LOL) Your position is untenable, you lost this Arguement.
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One I always know when Im talking to a pseudo-intellectual,lol. Listen its obvious your cluless you can go to any library and look up 'Ethical Subjectivism' or you can just search it online on amy Encyclopedia site .Wikipedia has a simple explanation of ethical subjectivism just search 'Subjectiviim' then scroll down to the Ethical Subjectivism section. Compassion is lit at birth,no two people in the world have the exact same moral disposition, its entirely subjective. Meathead!!
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi You quoting Wikipedia and I'm the and leading Atheist, and I'm the pseudo intellectual?!?!?
Let's explore...
The difference between the Intellectual and the Pseudo Intellectual (PI) is in the way one frames his arguement. In expressing his point, the Intellectual uses his own faculties of reasoning and provides examples to support his claim, where as the (PI) quotes from books, Wikipedia, and anything else he can get his hands on. So will the real pseudo intellectual please stand up!
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One sure kid,you were caught out, lol. Next time keep your foot outta mouth, lol.
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi Pual, I think your still missing my point on Ethical Subjectivism
Again, I will try to help you out...I'm just that kind of guy...
Question: Why is "Ethical Sujectivism" subjective? Basically, how does it come to be subjective? How can it come to be that what person A thinks is right, person B thinks it's wrong, and person C takes no position on it? Wrestling with this question should help you to understand my position. Let me know with some specifics on this point, not a book or aut
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One lol, stop your nonsense, you should change your handle to Legendary Fool.,,,lmao
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi Look son. You're obviously a young man, an idealist of sorts, who, after reading the Bible, happened upon "The Atheist's Pamphlet of Philosophy and Light." I put forth a logical question: Why is "Ethical Subjectivism," subjective? Think about it. An event happens... Person A thinks it's good, Person B thinks it's bad, and Person C thinks it's neither good nor bad. If Ethical Morality is innate, how can persons A, B, and C come to different moral conclusions about the same event.
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One all right Ill explain it to you since you dont understand,,and remember the explanation is the same wether on Wikipedia,EncyclopediaBrittanica,or explained by Professor Sandel of Harvard University or any other text on Ethical Subjectivism. BECAUSE Compassion the highest of ethics,is lit between bearer and offspring at birth they are innate, and because they are innate they are entirely subjective,no two people have the exact same morality.Got it? Lesson is over for today son.
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi For the last time, I'm not arguing the definition of Ethical Subjectivism, I'm questioning the logic behind the idea that ethical morality is both innate and subjective at the same time. I'm asking, how can it be!?
By the way, the most oft repeated verse in the Quran is, "In the name of Allah, the Compassionate the Merciful. Compassion is one of 99 attributes ascribed to Allah in the Quran; So, yes, we, as his highiest creation, where innately imbued with highest of moral attributes..
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One 'as his highest creation??' Strange evolution when people have come to believe, thru religion, that they are the Universes' greatest collusion when really were just a collection of cells,over-rating themselves with "hello god?!" and avoiding the Truth. But anyway back to subjectivism,I dont think you`ll find many people that think theives should be maimed or adulterers should be murdered like the obvious objective moralism in Bible and Quran.Do you??
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi Yes, we are God's highest creation. Does it surpries you that he made us a few degrees above Turtles in intelligence, and a few more degrees above rocks? Of course, from an Atheists persepective (your perspective) I'm sure you will argue that the degree of difference between the intelligence of Turtles, Humans, and Rocks is subjective.
And to your last point, I think you will find that people will believe whatever they've been conditioned to believe. Sccripture answers problems, son.
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One we have more intelligence because we are so physically weak. Our intelligence, brains have had to evolve to survive. So while we have more intelligence than a turtle the turtle is physically stronger, its a very clear give and take. You have confirmed ethics are subjective,we all have innate morality and we all interpret or deal with it our own way,its only religion that makes morality objective with its barbaric rules sopposedly decreed from 'above' lol. You should get to a library
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi I thought you were some sort of idiot savant, one who can't follow a topic. Why are you introducing physical strenght into a discussion about intelligence? Are you trying to confuss the issue? Light weight Atheist like you tend to do that, but allow me to bring you back on line. As Human Beings our strenght lies in our mental falculties, and we are God greatest creation because of this singular attribute. As an idiot Atheist, I expected you to argue intelligence to be realative. Is it?
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One Im waiting for you to explain the 'genetic fallacy' or conclusion without evidence ive come to ?? lmao
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi For a guy who, two days ago, know the concept of a "Genetic Fallacy," nor had you ever heard the words uttered in a sentence, how can you, all of a sudden, be sure you did not commit what is known as a Genetic Fallacy? I know you did. And I'll educate you on it shortly... in hopes that you will learn to think before you speak. Pay attention as I take you to school (42y/o man who doesn't realize or know when he's committed a Genetic Fallacy)... LOL!!!... Here goes nothin...
Legend1One 3 months ago
@PAULOcbi Now, you've committed servarl Genetic Fallacies; the most recent was that chronological list of religious tradition, that you claim borrowed from or plagiarized after its respective predecessor. The Fallacy being, the assumption, that if two or more beliefs/ideas are simular, it necessitates that the later belief borrowed from or plagiarized from, the earlier tradition. It COULD be that each idea evolved seperately and distinct from the other. Think about it?... continue...
Legend1One 3 months ago
@PAULOcbi ... How often do to people on opposite side of the planet, come up with the same or a simular idea or concept? Pretty often, huh! How many times have you thought about something, only to later see it being advertised or t.v. the next day? It doesn't mean that one idea borrowed, or was plagiarized from the other! Therefore, to assume as fact, a thing/event that can be explained in some other way, is to commit (in logic) what is known as a Genetic Fallacy... continued...
Legend1One 3 months ago
@PAULOcbi ...
Legend1One 3 months ago
@Legend1One your Bronze Age explanations dont work in the InformationAge ,it only show you dont own a library card and have prolly never read any meta-physical work or text in your life besides Quran, lol. Ignorant is no way to go thru life,I feel like I just had a conversation with Barney Rubble, lol. Explaning the universe by the supernatural is for the tribal, uneducated and uninformed and certainly unread.Read kant`s 'CritiqueOfPureReason' you will learn to think independently and empirically
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi It's sad how you spew nonsense silliness (Barney Rubble and Library card) and say anything of substance. I guess it's true..."When logic fails a fool, he resortst to personal attacks." Your talking shit, and then laughing at the shit you talk. In all our conversation, you haven't said ANYTHING of substance in regards to metaphysics.
As for my part, I atleast touched on the Big Bang. Metaphysics disagrees with Atheist arguements, and that's why they no longer take a position on it...
Legend1One 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi ... continued...
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One 'prove god doesnt exist'? Its obvious your unread and dont understand science or rational thought, the burden of proof is always on the positor not the negator.Even a fool knows absence of evidence is evidence of absence. Anyone can read your comments and see your an ignoramous answering evry question with the same 3 letter answer .'god'. If I can read your coments and see this evryone else can too. Its a shame to go thru life ignorant, you should get to a reference library, pronto.
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi I thought I said, "No Shit talk, REAL TALK!" And what do you do?... You resort to shit talk, because that's where your head is burried. So, you refuse to answer any question I put forth, and you haven't asked many of me! (Analyze yourself.) You make unsupported statements about how you FEEL, and what YOU think - without thinking - and you call in science or logical? (And I'm the ignoramous?) You truly are a shamefully funny kid.
Now, that that's out of the way, let's talk metaphysics
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One I told you if you know anything about science you know asking to disprove god is for idiots, the burden of proof ALWAYS lies on the positor not the negator, and you have no evidence for god and even a fool knows absence of evidence is evidence of absence. You put your foot in your mouth again ,lol. If BigBang is true then time/space began with the BigBang so there is no time/space for a creator to have existed in b4 BigBang. Legend1One 4 months ago
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One childish analogy , you lack reason, the painter and the canvas both exist in the same time/space,. lol.. BTW I was in college 20 yrs. ago Im 42 lol. And admitting the BigBang theory shows you dont believe in god,Stephen Hawking conclusively states 'no god necessary' for the BigBang theory for the same reason I stated ,no time/space for anything to exist in b4 BigBang.you can verify this in any Hawking text or simply online, lol. So if you dont believe in god why you debating??
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi Okay, guess I can't call you kid or son anymore. 42! Wow, grandpa, with all due respect. Anyway, my analogy, just as everything else I've written, is on point. The painter is not in the canvass, but paints on the canvass from the outside. Furhermore, before you try to confuse the issue, the point is Theist (The Quran) says Allah (God) exists outside space and time. Lastly, let's not loose focus in our discussion. The fact that you committed a genetic fallacy was establish, and now...
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One ... cont... you we're venturing into metaphysics. So, we have a new issue on the table, and the first point has been establish: The Big Bang is no longer a theory. Agreed? Even your big brother Stephen Hawkins says so.
Now, before we get to "The Second Law of Thermal Dyanmic," let's establish the "Law of Causality." Do, you agree with Stephen Hawkins (your big brother), that for anything to occure it necessitates there be an initiating cause or "Frist Cause?" I'll wait for u 2 answr
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One Stephen Hawking says the Universe occurs from nothing ,by nothing. So you shouldnt go there. And the reason he doesnt debate with religious fools is because "You cant convince a believer of anything, their belief is not based on evidence but a deep seated need to believe. It is better to grasp the universe as it really is than to persist in delusion,no matter how reassuring."
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi Hey! Good morning, Paul.. Maybe by now, it seems I can call you friend? Anyway, with all due respect to your big brother, Stephen Hawkins, it is INCONCEIVABLE (i.e. catagorically illogical to hold such an idea or belief) that something can arise from nothing. Now, the fact that the Universe came into existence does not necessarily prove the existence of God, it's just a singular factor that points to, or leans toward the exsitence of a Supreme Being. Rember from nothing comes nothing.
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One wrong ! and there was no genetic fallacy committed. Its you who committed the genetic fallacy by arriving at a conclusion with no evidence is a genetic fallacy, evryone can read this in your comments so stop embarrassing yourself. There are ZERO factors which point to the existence of the supernatural,NOTHING in the Universe has ever been explained or discovered that is supernatural so its you committing the genetic fallacy.
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi Old, try to understand...
1) Big Bang (proven)
2) Law of Causality, as far as science goes (proven) "From nothing -- comes nothing!" Got it?
3) You still don't know what a Genetic Fallacy is, do you? A Genetic Fallacy is a suppostion in logic by which one derives at a conclusion. Stop talking about concepts you know nothing about. Learn what a thing is before you speak on it. Dispute matters which you have some knowledge, but neve dispute matters which you have no knowlege! Sura 2:66.

PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@Legend1One the story of Muhammad and Bahira you can search online, also the story of Aminah`s visitation ,both clear acts of plagiarism in the history of Muhammad. No wiggle room here whatsoever its plagiarism from !Samuel16:1-16 and Luke1:26-38 , clear as day .not to mention evry verse in Quran is redacted from Tanach/Gospels,in fact there is NOTHING in Quran that wasnt already said in Tanach/Gospels except for the anti-semitic/christian tenets and the command to spread Islam by the sword
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi So, I have to read about this "story" online? Therefore, it's not in the Quran. Furthermore, 1 Samuel 16 and Luke 1:26-38 does not have a "Quranic equivalent!" So, my friend, you are a LIAR. If what you say is a some source other than the Quran, then it's a fabrication, and one shouldn't waste time in reading it.
In this Islam was spread by the sword business has been disproven over more than 1400 years. It was childish propaganda from the 15th century. Nobody put a sword to my neck
Legend1One 3 months ago
@Legend1One lol, you get your philosophy from 6th century Quran cos you are afraid to think for yourself.Fear and cowardice are no reason to not think independently. Only a retard cannot seperate dogma from reality.lol.
PAULOcbi 3 months ago
@PAULOcbi Aforementioned, I promised to entertain you for a season, and the season is now up! After exhausting all avenues of reasoning and arguement with a disbeliever, the Quran, in sura 109:6, says to say to the disbeliever, "To you be your way (religion) and to me will be mine."
The next time you surf the internet looking for an easy snack, be sure to pick on a Christian, as you have learned, Islam cannot be defeated so easily. I urge you to read the Quran and to study it's precepts. Chao.
Legend1One 3 months ago
@Legend1One Ive read Quran ,I read it after I had read Tanach(3 times)and Gospels. There was nothing in it that wasnt in Tanach/Gospels but for the Anti-Semitism and Anti-Christian verses and proselytizing by the sword.. It seems Muhammad had it in for the same people who he redacted the religion of Islam from. You speak of reason at the same time you say you believe in the supernatural, religious dogma and a mythical after-life.lol..You should read Hegel`s 'ThePhenomenologyOfSpirit' WAKE UP.
PAULOcbi 3 months ago
@PAULOcbi You owe it to yourself to read the Quran two more times, after all, you read the Tanach three times. Fair is fair, right? In-fact, if you read the Quran two more times, I will read "ThePhenomenologyOfSpirit," again, fair is fair!
Legend1One 3 months ago
@Legend1One actually after reading BookOfTao,Confucious,I Ching,Bahgvad Gita,Tanach and Talmud,Gospels and I found the Quran almost a carbon copy of Tanach and very hard to get thru after Tanach ,like reading a condensed version,Quran ,word for word is the shortest of 'holy books' shorter even than Gospels after all but still tedious.I dont think I could put myself thru that again especially since there is nothing in the Quran not already in Tanach/Gospels,
PAULOcbi 3 months ago
@PAULOcbi The Quran instructs Muslims to argue with them (the Jews and Christians) in ways that are best. - sura 16:125. However, since you an Atheist, this injunction does not apply. Therefore, I'm boldly calling you a LIAR. You have never read the Quran cover-to-cover. You are a Liar. If the If it's true, that everything found in the Quran is also mentioned in the Bible, when I asked you to comment on the question of "Adultery" in the Quran, a topic you brouched, you ran from it. Why? Liar!!!
Legend1One 3 months ago
PAULOcbi 3 months ago
@PAULOcbi You said, and I quote... "actually after reading BookOfTao,Confucious,I Ching,Bahgvad Gita,Tanach and Talmud, and Gospels?!?!?
Now, at 22 - AND IN COLLEGE - you expect me to believe that, in addition to your degree studies, you read ALL these other Faith based books, that are Doctorate subject text in their own right, text people study their entire life and still find challenging to grasp, and then that you somehow mustard the energy to read (with care and understanding) the Quran?
Legend1One 3 months ago
@PAULOcbi ...
Legend1One 3 months ago
@PAULOcbi ... cont... and they don't touch at the points you claimed the did (adultery and theft).
Legend1One 3 months ago
@PAULOcbi cont.... Normal people, especially College students, don't read the aforementioned spiritual books out of curiousity! Your intitled to believe what you will, but don't LIE, especially to a well read Muslim, to convince him/others to go along with your belief. Present your Atheist arguement with truth, and if it holds water -- which it does not -- you may gain a convert. You see, I reverted to Islam through investigation. My knowlege is superior to yours, and you will never convert me.
Legend1One 3 months ago

PAULOcbi 3 months ago
@PAULOcbi try to understand...
"Dispute matters which you have some knowledge, but neve dispute matters which you have no knowlege!" Sura 2:66.
Legend1One 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi Oh, I have a P.S. on this point also:
1) The Big Bang has been proven, and as such it is no longer a theory
2) The scientific Law of Causality is true, or is it? If you choose to disagree, explain yourself, and remember you will be arguing (contrarily) against your big brother, Stephen Hawkins.
3) Research the "Second Law of Thermal Dynamics, and we'll discuss in a future notes.
and
4) I'm still waiting for you to give the Quranic equivlants of the two Biblical verses you listed.
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One the law of Causality and Thermal Dynamics do not prove or even 'point to' (lol, point to another pseudo-intellectual term)) the existence of the supernatural, lol,if they did we would not be having this debate. And if you know anything protons disappear and reappear almost as a rule,ALL THE TIME. . So clearly no god is neccessary for the BigBang to occur any more than god is neccessary for the next sun to explode in the next second.
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi First of all, what is the Second Law of Thermal Dynamics? Let's atleast establish what it is before denying or affriming are positions... I yet, I haven't given my arguement on this point!!! So, hold your horses until I do, do go turning your brain off in dogmatism. As for the Law of Causality, it's a well establish Scientific application. In-fact, without it, science itself would not have begun to be a field of study, and, yes, it points to a First Cause supernatural event (Creator?).
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One denying that Quran ,Hadiths and the history of Muhammad isnt plagiarized is folly. Its the Information Age,we all know Judaism is a redaction of Hinduism and Zoroastrianism(Zoraster brought the idea of a supreme being to Mid-East) Christianity is simply reformed Judaism based on Rabbi Hilels Golden Rule and Islam is a redaction/plagiarization of Judaism/Christianity. Obviously you live in a world of dogma ,like a child, so you have difficulty facing the facts but you`ll grow up.
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi If we're keeping score, this is the second (Genetic Fallacy = a fallacy in logic) you have committed; the first being your arguement on ethical morality is both innate and subjective. I've already explained that the three great monotheistic relgions claim the same source as their orgin of belief, so there are bound to be some simularity in their respective text. The text of the Quran and Bible could be exact, each decending directedly from an orginal source, to augur otherwise is a GF
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One 'you committed a genetic fallacy' ??? what an idiot,do you just spew nonsense at random?? lol. Please explain 'a genetic fallacy' , ?? you use a term like this and say your not just a pseudo-intellectual?? looks whos the idiot savant ,lol.
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi What? A Wikipedia scholar, and admitted Atheist, such as yourself is clueless as to what a "Genetic Fallacy" means? LOL! This is priceless...LOL! You truly are a light weight Atheist and debator... LOL... And again, you ask me "Who's the idiot savant?" It's priceless... LOL!
I'm not going to explain it (Genetic Fallacy)... LOL... I'll allow you to research it on Wikipedia... LOL!!!!!!!!!
Legend1One 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi P.S. Your homework for tonight is a one sentance definition of phrase "Genetic Fallacy" LOL!!! And I expect an answer (LOL)... I hard to let this one go, Pauly... LOL... Re-read your response, question, and statementsw made about it! I'm bustin' up at the "low-brow-ness" of it all. I can't wait for you to get back to me with the definition, I'm gonna bug you about it until you do! LOL... Atheist are truly backwards thinkers, and the belief in Atheism is illogical. Case closed.
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One genetic fallacy and logical fallacy are both terms used by pseudo-intellectuals ,lmao . Just shows how stupid you are.
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi LOL!!! Look at you!!! You didn't even know what a Genetic Fallacy was until I told you... And, even so, your still unclear about what it is!!! I told you to look it up on Wikipedia, but your either to lazy or to stupid to do that... Or both, you decide!
Legend1One 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi ...cont... Because your a light-weight Atheist is you don't know this, but aforementioned, I told you Atheist no longer argue the metaphysical sciences and proofs, because they don't have a leg to stand on, and the evidence leans toward Theism. For example: When the Hubble telescope was launched (1990), science hoped to prove that the Universe had always been. In essence, they wanted to disprove the "Big Bang Theory." (Why?) Because the Universe and God could not both be eternal...
Legend1One 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi ... cont... If it were proven that the Universe has no beginning and thus no ending, this proof would undermine the Theist arguement of Allah (God) bring the sole Creator and bringing into existance Space, Time, and Matter. Basically, it would have ended the debate between Theism and Atheism, and the hope of the Theist would have gone dark. However, they discovered what they were not hoping to find. Good ole Hubble saw the edge of the Universe and subsequently detected... cont...
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One you should quit now, your really embarassing yourself with your ignorance, goodbye Barney Rubble ,
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi ...cont... the varient temperature at her border (that is the border of our Universe), and this discovery confirmed the "Big Bang" and the orgin of the Universe. Now, the Big Bang conformation takes us to the "Law of Causality."... which says nothing comes from nothing, but something has to be "The First Cause." This is science... the law of cause and effect! So, the metaphysical arguement goes..."What caused the Big Bang?" How did a Big Bang spontaneously combust out of nothing? ...
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One search 'Stephen Hawking,no god neccessary' right here on YouTube ,just to show how you`ve put your foot in your mouth again. really dude your ignorance is astonishing..
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi Look, Sir, I know Stephen Hawkins is an admitted Atheist, and I also know that he refuses an open debate against top level Theist and Muslim scholars and philosophers, like Turek, Ramadan, and Ali. He basically says, just like you and all other Atheist, "Until he can confirm God's existence, he doesn't exist."
Stephen Hawkins is entitled to his opinion, and it's pure conjecture (or just a statement) for him to say no God is necessary for the Big Bang to occure out of NOTHINGNESS.
Legend1One 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi ...cont...
I'm out.
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One I love the way you are squirming and attempting sophistry asking "where is the story of Muhammad and Bahira in Quran??" lol You know full well I didnt say it was in Quran And you know full well the story of Muhammad and Bahira was plagiarized by 3 Muslim scholars at least, lol. Squirming hard eh??lol
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
Legend1One 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi You wrote, "...and have prolly never read any meta-physical work or text in your life besides Quran."
Although not completely accurate, I'll take your statement as a tacit acknowlegment on the veracity, truthfullness, and orgin of the Glorious Quran.
Legend1One 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One Reading your comments and seeing how you try to wrench the square facts of moral subjectivism into the round hole of religions objective and barbaric moralism shows how ignorant you are, (BTW I read Quran in college in my 20`s) Its the same as you,no knowledge whatsoever, just the same 3 letter answer to evry question ,'god' lol. Then you pretend your not a pseudo-intellectual? Hard to do when its obvious your an ignoramous, good luck Barney Rubble. lmao.
PAULOcbi 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi You said, "(BTW I read Quran in college in my 20`s)"
Your a liar. (How do I know?) Becasue, yesterday, you asked a question about Adultery and theft in scripure (i.e. the Quran) argueing that the penalty for comitting these action (today, or in a practical sense) was out dated and barbaric.
According to the Quran (NOT THE BIBLE) what is the prescribed penalty for Adultery? And when you find out, ask yourself this question, "How could I ever argue this to be out dated or barbaric?"
Legend1One 4 months ago
@Legend1One stop your nonsense ,Quran and Hadiths are a plagiarization of Tanach/Gospels.
Legend1One 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi Furthermore, you posted a couple of Biblical verses here: 1Samuel16:1-16, and Luke1:26-38, claiming they were plagiarized. Can you please provide the Quranic equivalents to these verses -- Sura (Chapter) and ayat (verse)? I was raised a Baptist, so I'm well versed in the Bible, as for my Quranic understanding, Allah is blessing me daily. If you don't provide the Quranic equivalents, I will assume you pulled this out your backside. Don't post what you can't back! Truth is our standard.
Legend1One 4 months ago
@PAULOcbi ... continued... from our Creator.
