The sense of having the 0 size at 32 is totally crazy! That is the size of skinny eleven year olds and has nothing to do with womanhood at all. read that the average size is actually 42 in Europe, 44 in the US.. so what the h-- ar they thinking about? I think it's impiortant that many people lose weight to get healthier, but it's also important that it is allowed for all sizes to wear what you like. You don't seem big to me!
Thanks for your comment here. I really agree with you that a size 0 for most women is a bit ridiculous. I don't even think it's humaly possible for me to be a size 0. Sizing is very weird. At one store I may fit a certain size and then the next store I'm 2 sizes larger. I think they're trying to mess with my head. It definitely causes some anxiety for me when I'm forsed to by a larger size then I believe I am. I should just get over it and not let the numbers rule my life.
Thank you! I agree I need to get regular exercise. I actually have a gym membership that I pay for monthly. It's so close to my home I could walk to it in less than 5 minutes. I just need to make the effort.
even though i'm not overweight, i agree, sizing in the clothing industry for women is crazy. in some brands they have vanity sizing and in others they refuse to make clothes over a size 10 or 12. its ridiculous. congrats on getting in those jeans. i seriously think you should incoporate regular exercise into your life. there's no way to truly get where you want to be without exercising, even if you lose weight, you won't be toned.maybe you should get a bike, it burns more calories then running.
I am rather skinny, as is evident in my videos, but I would never get near size 0 either.. it's for some kinky designer's dreams
