Bon Jovi has a set of lungs on him, as a vocalist I know his experience puts him waaay up there however, he doesnt smoke, and he only drinks water, no soda no booze just water, he takes care of them cords. Thats why he can sing songs from like sam cooke adn sound damn good he takes care of his instrument :)

This version makes me feel sadness for some reason. It starts out good with just him, and its beautiful. But then it stays just his voice, it feels alone and hopeless. and just full of sorrow. I love this voice only version, but it feels sad :(

i think jon usedup his voice and strained which is awsome but now he used it sooooooooo much which is a bad thing cuz now he sounds so high and he lost his bon jovi cowboy voice! if he still sounded like this it wud be cool but i understand that wen peopel get older they loose an awsome voice but jon started to loose it in 86! he was sounding like this in the early 80s and in the late 80s he had strained his voice so much that he sounded all wierd and high pitched which is a little early
