  • How do you spell Molly's word ? Not the maneuver one

  • When I first watched this I knew there was no way Emily could get any word wrong.

British alternate spelling? Can they really do that? I think I only been in one spelling competition and I was like in 2nd grade. So I don't remember...

  • is that song thats being played on the piano puttin on the ritz?

  • @agdollfan5657 I loved that song when I little :)

And I don't know if it's puttin on the ritz.

What does puttin on the ritz even mean?

  • @LoboWarriorForever i really dont know! :)

  • @agdollfan5657 Does it have anything to do with crackers? I love those crackers :)

  • the first boy spelling, the one with 'lucent' - is that thomas sangster?

  • @missmeridian1 like we're suppose to know who is thomas sangster is lol.

  • @LoboWarriorForever Thomas Sangster is Ferb's voice from Phineas and Ferb, although he has other roles too. I have no idea if it's him in this movie though.

And they used "mnemonic" in a Full House spelling bee episode too.

  • @Deltage okay :) never knew Ferb was a real person :P I googled, it is him.

thanks for telling me that word- mnemonic :) Can I get the definition please xD

You spell it "mne"... looks weird Lol.

  • @LoboWarriorForever I think it meant methods that help you remember something, like training your memory.

  • @Deltage okay :) Thanks for the definition :)

  • That must have scared Emily when the sirens went off because in England they would be real.

  • Hey that Jane girl from 4th grade that was the first one, shes Cassie Steel aka Manny's (from degrassi) lil sister :]

  • What did emily dream about?

  • @kikisb101 England and the bombing.

  • the jimmy kid who was in 4th grade looked way younger than the third graders. molly and her friends look like they are in 5 or 6th. and that they are 11 and 12 not 9 and 10

  • @izzylark lol, i don't listen to movies that well, I get distracted easily:P and you're suppose to be 8 years old not 9 when you're in grade 3......cause i skipped a year and I was 7 when I was in grade 3......

  • James is so cute

  • They look older than third grade...

  • @Disneygirl3715 i know n tht kid jimmy looks young to b in 4th grade

  • @FCSproductions1 Ya that part was really sad

  • How is that kid "Jimmy" older than Molly?

  • at 1:17 hes like a preschooler

  • It was like 'Silent Hill' When I heard the sirens lol

  • awww thise is so so sad war sucks

  • She's 9.

  • I thought they said Molly was 10. How is she only in 3rd grade?

  • aw man ha fiancee died

  • the girl playing molly seemed a bit too nerdy for me....i always saw her as a cute, pretty girl just kinda hidden behind the glasses a little, but this molly is full-on nerd

  • good movie. im a 15 year old girl and im tearing up :,)

  • Lol I got scared too when I heard the sirens XD

  • @TheIrahetafan1 rlly each time i heard the sirens i get butterflies in my stomach

  • Emily sounds like she's a very nice person :0)

  • ohh they were only grade 3 in this movie ,, i thought they were like in grade 5 in this movie :)

  • @danicazelle13 me too. I thought some of these were really hard words! I thought that they were in 4th grade!

  • @danicazelle13 Even though "Kindergarten" was established in the 1800's and became popular in America by the 1920's, funding was cut during the 30's and 40's (when this movie is set) Often times when there was no kindergarten available, children did not attend school until they were seven (what would equal our grade 2 today would be grade 1 in the 40's) Keeping this in mind it would make sense if Molly (age 10) would only be in grade 3 if she started school at age 7 with grade 1

  • @luv4arts Too long, and looks complicated :

  • @luv4arts Wouldn't she be 9 yrs in 3rd grade?

  • @danicazelle13 she is suppose to be 10....awks
