I work at toys r us and see this all the time. It seems like if you make one mistake when working in retail a customer wants you to be fired. I understand that she is mad IF he said that he would hold the item, the store i work at would not hold an item for a customer on black friday so he made a mistake. I was very nice to this woman, like the man in the video. She was upset with me because I printed and emailed her receipt to her. She was furious about getting her receipt emailed, but our policy is to print and email the receipt if they have an email.

I did once have a white woman scream at my boss because I "printed and emailed" her receipt to her.
