I'm Yoshi Takano. About 7 years ago,I had played kendo in UCD .I'm happy today to see my friend's Jin and Arlon in the video. They must be a good kendo player.

why do they use beginners for a demonstration , a demo is supposed to look good and show something, this only shows kendo is boring, wich it isn't

Er, yes... there are. What do think the things on their heads are? They do Kata (no armour) then at 3:30 two kenshi wearing full armour come on and demonstate the basic cuts. Then at 6 mintues they hold 2 shiai type matches. Everything after 6 min looked unchoreographed to me, and I study Kendo myself.

the kendo is probably choreographed because they're not wearing the proper armor sets. In fencing, real spars require you to wear the face mask, suit etc. The same goes for kendo.
