  • people who upload these videos have obviously never seen the complexity of airport baggage systems at airports such as chicago ohaire. They have no idea the complexity of system. You should not waste time viewing these crap videos which youtube is becoming famous for

  • Haha, a classic! People spending too much time in the tax-free after leaving the airplane, still they complain. This time because the rampers are to fast.. Some people does never get satisfied :P

  • I work at the Oakland Airport and what I see here are some rampers getting a cart unloaded fast (which they should be) and passengers not picking up their bags quickly (which is the usual case).

  • are you serious ? this is supposed to be serious? im a ramp rat and this is NOT a handeling issue its a customer its ppl not getting thier bags in time because they cant remember wut it looks like and yea this is what happens when you passengers want you bags right away but then dont pick it up untill its 4TH lap on the belt

  • Also happens when ppl watch their bag go around the carousel several times before actually picking it up, its a regular occurance where I work

  • Happens more often than you think. All it takes is rampys putting bags on too close or something getting jammed up

  • Its funny you just cant satisfy a passenger...if your bags dont make it you complain if and if you receive your bag in a timely matter you complain there is just no win with these people...my advice... if you dont like the service dont fly! drive to Europe!

  • This IS a handling issue: the bags are being placed on the uptake belt with no space between them. That's PHL for you; I know how PHL handlers can be, I used to unload their planes...

  • That's not a baggage handler issue, it's a facility issue. Build bigger carousels or have the belt speed turned down. Poor design if the bag in front doesn't have enough time to move to the left.  Know the facts.
