@AnaMusafirah it's because this is a japanese/asian type of bathroom. it gets very hot in the summer and some homes don't have central a/c, so the bars allow fresh air in

@heyjenknee he didnt put the dog in the bathtube because it is really deep. Bath tubes in Japan are normally really deep and what he had the dog in is just fine and if you can tell, that dog is extremly well trained
