This surgery looks a little dicey. Inflating the chest with some liquid which breaks down tissue? easier to just take the breast tissue out surgically.

Please make sure you find the right doctor. I didn't. After one lipo and two open surgeries, the doctor still didn't get everything out and plus left me 4 inch scar under my nipple where it now looks like smily face. People make fun of me because of the scar and people always ask me what it is. In the begining the doctor told me the lipo will take care of everything but it didn't. And I was awak when he did those two open surgeries. I am scar mentally and physically for life.
