Yeah, this movie was fanTASTIC! And I sat through all the credits (which I never do) just to see what this song was at the end. Hauntingly beautiful and perfectly matched to the tone of the movie. If you haven't seen The Mothman Prophecies, I highly recommend it!

@WolfiesTube Not so at all. The whole John Klein/John Keel story is not as it was in reality. Keel was a comedy writer/U.F.O buff unlike Gere's character & the whole "wife angle" is completely added. Good movie but far fetched and more interesting from the actual Keel story)

You should re-watch the film. It takes all of the central ideas and experiences that Keel described in his book and condenses it into a single thematic narrative to tell a semi-fictive story, as well as initiate audience members who are sharp enough to pick up on the subtle nuances throughout the film that hint at what's happening behind the scenes. Keel himself praised the film's representation. It does a better job than all the shitty "mothman" documentaries/tv movies out there

This is an amazing song so well written to go with this film and kudos to musicians and music directors tomandandy - they are amazing whenever they touch a film score and find this kind of a gem. Haunting as the movie and fits so well. I seldom care for music with talking from movies, it always seems so cheap and sold-out where as here, we find it mixing perfectly and appopriate as both movie and song could and do exist without the other quite nicely.

I love this song. I was at the screening of the film as most people from Point Pleasant were. It was a total offtake of the book yes. Good, nonetheless. I thought that this soundtrack really rocked.
