In reality the monopoly laws which you seem to think are part of an amendment, was really made by bastardizing the commerce clause and I believe mixed in with the Elastic (Neccessary and Proper) clause. In reality most laws on the books today are unconstitutional if not for some really far-fetched arguments.

I do agree though that EA has monopolized LISCENSED football. In reality though they have not broken any anti-trust laws. 2K is no better.

Palmer may have a bit more throwing power now that Hasselback is getting older, but I would trust Hasselback 9 times out of ten considering he has a 'been there done that' career thus far. While both have had lackluster careers for the past few years, SEA has a much better line, as well as good veteran players, Ocho Cinco=Overrated.
