The old-fashioned German seems funny to some, but it fits Bach's times and the religious realm so perfectly. The best bit is the title of this motet. Insuperable in tone and sound.

Sorry for late reply. When you speak of analyzing, Do you mean: How do I know which bit of music corresponds to which bars from the music score ?

hmm... i think i mean everything that includes in music analyzing. :D

Well I don't really analyze music. I'm not trained in music science, but I'm a trained choral singer since 1979. And plays a little piano also.

So I know how to read a score, and I like watching the score while the music plays, even though I haven't myself sung the piece before.

But I don't know all the theory concerning music composition.
