I butter and toast the buns under the broiler, one side with a slice of cheddar. Everyone loves them, the cheese adds a great flavor and the meat doesn't soak thru the buns as easy.

Yum! I always cook with turkey, So I bet these would be awesome with turkey because when you cook with turkey you have no fat to drain. I use it in Burgers, Tacos, and pretty much anything your would usually put hamburger meat in :) Great video!
