You Can Also Just Use Camtasia Studio 5 which I can highly recommend for water marks. You can add a watermark once your done and its one of the options.
I'm using Vista myself but I searched the code that is in your blog to match in Vista. But the code (in your blog) that included the place of watermark helped me a lot! :)
