Chloé Mortaud, miss france 2009 was black. You kwow in France, we love black, yellow, pink, grey, blue people etc., that's what makes our wealth and cultural heritage. Their accent is sometimes monstrous but they are as they are, wherever they come from. En tant que femme française, j'espère avoir été persuasive :-)
