  • Thank you. This was super helpful!

  • Dude! Thank you so much!

  • Hello! I trimmed the leftover transparent pixels and saved the image as a JPG and I just can't get rid of the white corners next to the round edges. Can you please help? Thank you!

  • Tutorial starts at 1:05. You're welcome.

  • Thanks, this helped!

  • It's seriously this easy!? Do you know how many times I have struggled with this? I am such a noob. Thank you for helping me out!

  • @urstin Yup, that easy.

  • when i make a vector mask with the round tool, it take away the image i want instead of the background i want to take off-___- i even pressed invert to see if that worked, but its just gets rid of everything! any help?:/ what am i doin wrong? wrong settings or something?

  • @jonnyboybeats you have to select the paths button. It is the rectangle with the pen inside it. You select it after you have selected the rounded rectangle tool. I had the same problem!

  • PLASE HELP ME ANYONE!!!! when i try to do the rounded edges, only the bottom 2 edges get rounded. the top two edges stay like they were in the first place. any way to change this?

  • @purpleplasticcup Make sure it is just one layer.

  • pest tutorial ever!

  • 6 tutorials and none of them worked except for yours. Thanks!

  • For some reason mine is not trimming. I also noticed that the "Transparent Pixels" is grey'ed out. Help!

  • Thank you! Did another tutorial. Took forever. And it still had pointy corners. This was fabulous, simple, and I got rounded corners. Yay!

  • Wow, so much simpler than all the other tutorials.. I was getting frustrated. Thank you for this, appreciated.

  • your are the best thanks very much hope seen more tutorial

  • 1) Google search "Photoshop create rounded corners"

    2) Watch this video

    3) Execute

    4) Be giddy

    Thanks!

  • when I try to save, it saves the photo but the corners that were deleted show up in the picture as a white background......

  • @familymatters6 Make sure that you click the little layer mask twice so it has a VECTOR mask, then make sure after you have applied a rounded edge you save the image in a format that supports opacity. I would recommend PNG, but I believe GIF works as well.

  • but why you can't do it in images made at photoshop directly?

  • @joseariel0807 You can, however you need to merge all the layers that you want rounded.

  • @MGuniverse nice..it should be a layer from background..lols..

    I've experimented ...
