  • Im from ATL and im gonna swing by one day over the summer and show u a real athlete. first someone is going to rec their knees if they dont sit back more or dont get there knee back and not infront of their toes on those thrusters. and i would blow threw that workout. Try the chuck norris. we dont have a video up but others do. i got 33 mins my first time ever. Thats a real workout
