  • i tried them today^^

    i preheated my oven at 250 degrees celsius but they started burning after 5 mins !i had to reduce the temperature to 100 degrees celsius.it turned out good for a first try :)

  • @iiNoodles13 Indeed ! The chef was talking of 250 degrees Fahrenheit... Which means 120 degrees Celsius.

  • @KidrauhlBiebss Its better...in my opinion ;] And a lot quicker than hand whisking.

  • @KidrauhlBiebss Not necessarily... it all depends on the technique! 

  • 1 hr in the oven? It's a very short period of time to have your French meringue dry, 2 hrs and 30 minutes at least!!

  • @sallac4ever It depends on the diameter of your meringues... If they are small they ill dry faster :)
