  • Fuck yes

  • Tyler

  • Just prodigious.

  • Охренительно!

  • I would have rathered seeing Thom himself than an animated video but I like it very artistic and somehow endearingly unusual

  • Love this album...hope thom does another solo...and plenty more radiohead too of course.

  • this is the best music video on the planet. screw you if you disagree.

  • great video. i really like that animation stylee.....just like the cover art (which is gorgeous)

i think thom yorke solo > radiohead

  • thom yorke is amazing :)

  • "tick tock tick of the ticky time bomb"

    a real wordsmith

But yeah, still repetitive. Love it anyways :)

  • wonderful.

  • very nice

  • sounds a lot like Radiohead's "Where I end and you begin".Both beautiful songs....

  • hm it reminds me a lot of the gloaming too....the bass mainly haha

  • both basslines are written and played by Yorke himself, so it's no suprise.

  • thom yorke is the genius of our generation.......usually i dont listen to today music i like classic rock but thom yorke is a fantastic musician and and an awesome genius

  • i agree. i prefer classic rock over alot of todays so-called rock and thom yorke is one the greats, hands down.

  • Classic rock? Thom Yorke? .....

    What?

  • he exists outside genres....

  • This would make Stanley Donwood proud

  • wow this is like the album cover in motion. and its awesome !!!

  • the best voice in the world

  • maybe even better than susan boyle

  • :owow:O

  • It's relentless

    Invisible

    Indefatigable

    Indisputable

    Undeniable

    truly enchanting....

  • Stunning vid, fab onomatopeoa, (however you friggin spell it)...Blimey he's got talent.

  • i dig the song, but does he use gary numan's song "cars" for a sample because it sure sounds like it to me

  • i think it could've been better though

  • yay for gonzo

    =P

  • 1:21 is magic.

  • AMAZING lyrics!!!

  • i love this vid! i like how they associated the vid with The Eraser's artwork =)

  • Haha! The book next to the umbrella was titled "WATER you afraid of!"

    LMFAO

  • kick ass!!!! nice work!

  • Love the song. :)

  • if you have read the lyrics, FELT the song... the genious.. I don't think there is much denying this is one of the best songs ever crafted. This is at the very least, just my opinion, at most, an entire truth. You decide :)

  • seconded

  • three

  • same!

  • I agree with you

    awesome music, lyrics and video

  • @SIlvrest It is. But then again, pretty much all Thom Yorke and Radiohead songs are the best songs ever :p

But really, I love how his voice works with most styles of music... even with more electronic, dancey, bassy music like this.

  • psychapallooza Its not about nyc subway.. its about polution and enviromental changes that are pilling up and inevitably will leed to dramatic weather changes.

  • How about this, its about the NYC subway literally, but METAPHORICALLY about the weather.

My question is when would Thom Yorke get away with riding on the subway. If I saw him I would recognize him immeadiately and pounce upon him.

  • Pounce upon him in admiration, sexual attraction, or in an effort to cause him harm?

  • The first two, for me. x)

  • FUCKING AWESOME!!

Love the song, good vid ;)

  • there could not be a more perfect video for this song. like straight out of a dream

  • woohoo!! A song about new york subways!! Who can ever imagine someone writing a song about that...and make it sound awesome?

  • well radiohead and thom yorke can take any peice of ordinary, boring real life situation and turn it into an awesome song! NOW THAT'S REAL ART!

  • tune

  • Is this the actual video? I'm asking because the design concept looks similar to that of Thom's album cover. Oh wait never mind, I see the credits.

  • Titles in the book:

    Hydrofobia and you

Water can´t kill you, or can it?

    Water you afraid of?

It´s soooo good, the anime face at the end is the only thing that I didn´t like

  • SPOILER:

Cool, he is the Eraser, but the anime face at the ending really blew it... (I think the villain should be thrown away by the waves instead)

  • b-b-b-but, I like those faces!

  • Yeah, I think the anime face detracted from the dark atmosphere of the video a little as well. Oh well, artistic choice, I guess. Other than that, it was amazing.

  • love radiohead and eraser, my favorit active musicians/artist

  • I LOVE this vid.

    brilliant

  • Beyond brilliant!

  • I have to agree with the others and say the anime face was out of place. Everything else was really cool though.

  • Mmmmmmm... love the bass.

  • amazin song

  • one of the most beautiful songs of his album

  • awesome

something you can't state with words.

  • excelente tema

    excelente cantante

    excelente videoo

    guaauuuuu

es como pa no parar de escucharlo

  • the look and styles were amazing. it totally fits T.Y. Good Musical Cues and good beats/movement. Only two drawbacks 1. the end with the Anime tear and 2. the animation was a bit stiff, but not horrible. all in all i liked it. well worth the watch. go radiohead and go radiohead fans.

  • this was a pretty awesome video, and like others, im a huge RH and yorke fan.

The only real complaint i have was the end when the one guy gets that total anime expression, the rest of the anime influence, in my opinion was mores subtle.

  • I'm a huge Radiohead fan and this should totally be the official video for teh song, amazing.

  • Is there any way Thom can be sent this? Or atleast Stanley?

  • wats crazy to think is... thom yorke was one of those 19,310 views.... 8)

  • very Renaissance, maybe a bit too much anime influence though which is less becoming to Yorke, at least by my opinion

  • awesome! those guys did a great job

  • Yes! this is the best interpretation of a Thom Yorke song I've seen. Wonderful job, and I thought the rain out of the eye in the clouds was brilliant. Keep up the good work.

  • fantasic!!! great work!

  • too good to be true!

  • pretty cool..shoulda left the credits for after the song though..always ruins it for me :|

  • absolutley brilliant, thom should release the single and use this video

  • awsome!

Should b the real vid for the song, its so good

  • Amazing. Simply.

    xxxb

  • OMG, kickass! Nice job using Donwood's Eraser art as the motif for the vid. I hope Thom acknowledges it.

  • This is wonderful, i cant beleive its a fan video. I love the skip roping girl and the cat and the part at 3:19 where the guys face goes "wtf" hahaha

  • This is excellent!

  • Pretty cool :)

What did you use? Maya & After Effects?

  • yes ;)

  • Well I just can say... "AWESOME" good job!

  • being a hardcore radiohead fan, i'd say this is good enough to be the official music video for the song. Good job guys

  • absolutely stunning, guys, great job! i love the ending.

  • Cool

  • very good!!!
