With even the voice of John Pilger seemingly making no difference to the ability of the criminal oligarchs to continue murder of innocents and looting of the planet, it seems nothing less than targeted vigilante assassinations of these vermin will solve the problem. It's a tragedy that there have not yet been a group of conscientious military pilots (who understand the corruption and genocidal crimes of the masters), with access to jets, bombs, and information, willing to "solve" oligarchy.
