Jesus... it only took 2 extra bases, both Tier 3 Zerg units, fungals, and a mix of units to finally overtake a protoss that had poor blink micro, was behind 2 bases and eventually had no mining going on at his main for quite some time, and basically had only one unit composition the whole game...

I dont see why Protoss players dont make TWO warp prisms, or more.... Those 3 hero zealots did SOOO much work, imagine if he did that at another base or two, it would crush Zerg.

sorry, but I have to ask: I just saw artosis targeting tech structures instead of scvs on ladder. Maybe destroying structures is more effective in early game harass vs. terran and zerg. The workers still have to be pulled from the mineral to rebuild the tech structure, which hurts economy. The structures rebuilt will cost more than the workers and require more time to replace. Of course, this doesn't apply to toss because they can warp in multiple structures at once. Thoughts?

@gxtmfa I guess it depends on when you do the harass.. If there's a barracks and depos at the ramp and no building inside the base, I'd go for the workers. But if there was a brand new factory inside the base, I think I'd target that instead. Although, I'd target the add-on first if it had one. It's very hard to "calculate" economic damage in the heat of battle, so destroying a building is "safer" if you want to know exactly how much damage you do. And oh, forcing a cancel is always nice : )

Banter Context: These two were playing many practice games while on TLO's stream and Mana kept doing a Forge Fast Expand (while canoning TLOs expand) which is standard and TLO figured out that once you get your spawning pool up you can just drone/zerg all-in the Protoss because he wasted all his minerals on the canons at TLOs expand.

By using banelings TLO forces Mana to split up the zealots because of splash damage, thus increasing the amount of possible attack vectors for the zerglings. It is similar in stlye to the TLO-gtfo-nuke.

reason for the chat in the early game was mana and tlo had some pratice games while streaming whit liquidseth.
